when will servers be back up? was supposed to be down for 1hr

am i the only one who it takes far too long for the client to log me in once i connect? it's kind of sad for me to have to wait a minute or more to log in each time i want to connect

It's certainly not the case for me personally. From the time I enter my username and password to the time I see the fully loaded lobby takes an average of 2-3 seconds. Every once in a while there is a slight delay, but that has been the exception and not the norm in my experience. I haven't seen any other people posting a similar experience to yours and I'm not really sure what the cause could be.

What OS are you using?
Do you have an older computer?
General specs of your computer?

When using a password manager, I usually try and max out the password length, 128 chars is a good length. The website takes this string, but the poker client does not. Can we get this fixed?

Agree with others that initial shot clock should be a little longer - or be able to auto click/use time bank even on hands where you haven't entered money into the pot yet.

The Boost tables should have a longer sit-out period as well before getting booted. It's only around a minute now.

Improved wait list features would be nice. Ability to mass add yourself to all tables of a type/limit, ability to remove yourself from all waiting lists. Be able to see from the lobby if you are already on a table's waiting list without highlighting it.

A lighter color card deck (back of the card) would help. Something like white or yellow or light blue which would better contrast with the dark carpet colors.

is there a way to have the time bank *not* auto-activate?

what's the purpose of the extra time bank if you don't get to choose when you use it? it doesn't make sense to me.

Lol, if you dont need extra time bank just make ur decision before extra time starts?

Mike, could you confirm that maybe uninstalling Pio While software is open ( I would just keep all the solutions trees ) and re-installing it when I finish session would pervent me from having any issues vs Chico support?

When I open mine, it is constantly "finding table" and never connects to the table I'm playing. I deleted and redownloaded it but that didn't help. I'm sure it has something to do with my computer settings...

Right but the point of the time bank is that you don't use it just willy nilly any turn you'd like more time... you save it for when you want more time *and* it's a really important decision, like a big pot, tough play, etc.

For example, what if you get up to use the bathroom and a new hand is dealt? You don't want your time bank used up when you don't even know it.

You can quickly sit out at all tables with 2 clic's and go to toilet

Improvement - A longer extended time bank , with replenish every few hands

But then, if you sit out and it becomes your turn to act, your hand immediately gets folded. Maybe just maybe you will come back in time during those 15 seconds!

(I know it might sound frivolous, but I'm being completely serious)

And sometimes you can't click sit out, for example...

I disconnected my 2nd monitor the other day (this actually happened multiple times), and the window froze (I now know not to do this anymore as it's some software glitch with my computer) and i couldn't click anything, and it drained my time bank in a hand where I couldn't even see my cards! If I had this disabled by default, then that wouldn't have happened.

Please either lengthen the initial time bank - 10 seconds is shorter than any poker room in the world AFAIK. Or make it so that you can auto time bank on hands where you haven't yet put money into the pot.

I never have a time bank... sometimes it is like 3 seconds, usually 0

*No PL Omaha or Pl hi low added tournaments at all not even sit n go.
*No option to even create or join a sit n go omaha or hi low over $7 micro dollars.
*No added Big money tournaments the highest tournament added to the tournament list i think is 22 dollars?
*No New holdem tournaments worth a dam, no creative structures on any tournament
*Still cannot use hard earned Poker points for anything.(Extremely Dissappointing, wont even play on the site until this is fixed)
*Sit n Go jackpots still wont pay over 300 dollars even though it says up to 5000 buyins

There is new tournaments but they dont pay anything.

*Would make suggestions but it would be pointless to. Me and other Regs on the site championed creative and just a basic mix of different types of poker and things that would increase traffic on the site and for the site to take over the US market and be #1 but nothing was listened too.

I am having a weird issue. Apologize is it's already been brought up, I did not browse the entire thread to see if it has been brought up.

My client's clock in the bottom right hand corner is off and I get an annoying alert about it. Usually, the time/date in the replayer is messed up and has been since I have played on the site but now it actually shows the current time in the client as being 2 hours early and it alerts me that my COMPUTER clock is off.

I checked and my BOL online profile is set to the right time zone as well although I highly doubt that matters.

Any thoughts?

Longer time bank (20-30 seconds)
Take action to remove PLO bots
Offer table starting incentives
Offer player rewards (e.g. rakeback)

the way the new mtt list in the lobby doesn't make it apparent whether a tourney is a rebuy or a re-entry. it just says "9" or "6". I was excited at first because it appeared to me that the new mtt schedule had new mid stake buy ins that were not rebuy mtts.

Also sometimes my timebank doesnt auto engage, which kind of gives me a little anxiety while playing.

Getting pretty frustrated with BOL. Bots and scripts running amok while real players are getting their accounts locked. Meanwhile they're updating the UI with new MTT icons? What a waste of time when there are serious issues to be resolved like the VIP points, providing a list of prohibited software and taking action against the bots.

So no one else has this issue? I am getting a BIG annoying pop up in my lobby warning me to set my computers clock correctly. It is really BOL client clock that is wrong obviously.

Any ideas? Help please it is driving me up the wall.
