I do answer questions that I know the answer to, but that is the extent of my affiliation with the network and its sites. I'm not employed by them. I'm not even an affiliate. I'm not able to help fix things. If I was there would be no bots or other cheaters still playing on this network. I'm not an MTT reg so I haven't ran into the specific issue you're talking about. I watched your video and it does appear to be skipping over the Button position for the player who was previously in the Small Blind. You would think other players would have posted about it if it's a recurring issue. I assume it's some kind of new bug.

Hopefully Mike can pass the information along to the correct people to look into it.

I haven't put in a whole lot of volume lately, but when I have played I have noticed an increased amount of lag at times.

This happened to me the other day after a table change during an MTT.

Seen the button skip another player 6 off the money tonight. A new player joined the table on the left of the small blind and on the right of the big blind. On the next hand the small blind is skipped and the new player gets the button. The new player shouldn’t even get a hand!!!! This is absoulutly critical on the bubble. So far I’ve only seen it when a new player joins in between blinds

Can you imagine having 8bigs in the small blind and you have to fold only to have the button skip you the very next hand. I felt bad for the guy.

Is there anything we can spend VIP points on? All i see are the freeroll MTTs for tourny$. Any kind of points exchange for Tickets/Tourny$/cash?

Not currently. They were essentially made worthless for the last few months. You can find the most up-to-date statement regarding the VIP points in the post below.

$88 in VIP points spent in the only satty running where points are allowed to buyin and no ticket. Sure would have made sense to just spend the extra $21 for a ticket @BetOnlineMike

Great turnout they should try and keep it going!

Excellent, great turnout and tourney. Only improvement would be to run tons of sattys the day of next time, turbos and hypers all morning. That was the only thing missing.

Aside from that, one other small change I would make is when playing a bounty tournament, have the total bounties youve collected displayed on the table or in the info tab. Only place I believe its shown now is when you hover oven the icon in the player list in the lobby.

the 109 was pretty good. at least once a month u should run it. prob change the 60k to 75k too and try to improve the sats system. the 100k had pretty success mostly because the number of sats. keep improving that way and u will have all the mttss crushing the gtd.

More sattys for sure, most of the MTT pool seems like micro players, why not have SNG sattys for $22-$55 tickets/direct entry? More people will play (and possibly win $$$) in bigger MTTs

Maybe another use for the currently useless VIP points?

With the new BetOnline lobby update today it appears that at least one table at the bottom of the cash game lobby is not viewable when scrolling all of the way down, even with the client fully maximized.

For me that would be the 50NL Boost Table. I can click on it because I can see the top part of the table tab, but I can't see the description of the table just from the lobby.

The lobby is not showing the bottom of the cash tables, like part of the lobby is cut off.

Some sites/casinos will do this different. From what I thought we just shouldnt get a hand the very next hand when we are moved to a new table. And we shouldn't come into the blinds until they pass us. This is how ACR does it.

However, one thing that has been a problem and i doubt it is has been corrected is being moved directly into the blinds, after already being in the blinds from another table. This is particularly problematic when you are say on a final 2 table situation and stacks are already short then you get the double gfy.

I was wondering why the tigergaming client aint working on my mac os 10.12 Sierra. I can download the client, then if I open it for the first time it says that I have to update to version 9.0.1 and after updating the client just closes. after that the client closes automatically each time I'd like to open it. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated!
