Whether true or not, if and how much someone tips is none of our business and is not to be discussed here, famous person or not.

The story is Woods said he will meet up with dealer outside. Now whether it happened or not is anyone's guess. The dealer should deny deny deny as should Woods to make sure dealer doesn't get caught. Fairly simple people. Not our business.

If I were to be able to get a poker room rate Saturday what would it be. Players at my table said 106 but someone else said this was not correct? Thanks in advance. Oh good lord yes about lattimer being nicer then Rapini.

You are never ever ever going to get a poker rate for a Saturday. Ever.

Is there generally late registration at these mega stack events?

The structure sheet says that there usually isn't but that FW reserves the right to have late registration. Any input here?

What are the chances of getting foxwoods to spread a 1-1 game like mohegan does? My BR isn't big enough for the high variance of foxwoods' 1-2 games and i hate mohegan

Stayed at the Captain Grants bed and breakfast last night about ten minutes away from FW after getting one outered in the 6pm. It reminded me why I hate bed and breakfast places but the GF paid so I can't complain much. Still can't find a decent hotel in that area.

The variance at 1-2 isnt really that nasty lol i dont know where u got that assumption. Nobody should really ever say that they can play 1-1 but not 1-2. I would imagine that its virtually the same.

Max buyin at 1-1 is 100. Not to mention most of the players sit with 60 dollars. Big difference from a 1-2 game. 1-1 would be a great bank roll builder for people with limited funds. Foxwoods however doesn't care what it poker players want so no chance.

its a $100 buy in compared to a $300 buy in.. average opening bet at 1-1 is between $3-$7 dollars compared to $12-$16 at 1-2. the level of play is a little worse then 1-2 also so yes its great for building your bankroll back up. why even make your comment if you can only "imagine" that its virtually the same and have never played 1-1 before? oh right gotta gang up on the 1-1 player he must be far less superior then me!

why is it so hard to make friends on the internet?

Only being able to buy in for 100bb as opposed to 150bb at 1-2 combined with the rake (and BBJ?) would make a 1-1 game virtually unbeatable in the long run. Same reason nobody wins at 2-4 limit.

in the long run..

but i guess its a dumb question anyway since foxwoods cant even staff enough dealers for the normal games anyway

Most people would lose at 1/1, just as they do at 1/2, very few would build rolls.
I think that if there were a great unsatisfied demand for 1/1, FW would possibly spread it. But it's kind of a desperation move anywhere it is spread (Mohegan, a few places elsewhere), offered mostly by smaller rooms in order to provide something which the more successful rooms don't (and don't need to).
House rake/hour at a 1/1 table is considerably less than at 1/2 (smaller pots). Most 1/1 players (IMO) would not be new players, but would simply move down from 1/2, so FW might actually lose money by doing this.
I hate to break this to you, but 1/1 players are not any casino's ideal customers.
As I post this, FW has 73 live cash tables going, most in the country (per Bravo) (Commerce will catch them in a few hours given time difference). Obviously, for all their faults, they're doing something right.

Same for me. Also haven't received a mailer yet. My guess is yet another online glitch that they'll eventually fix.
