Can someone at the Borgata confirm that there is a typo on the tournament schedule website? It state Christmas and New Year's Eve tournaments, but the day for the New Years Eve tournament says Tuesday Dec. 31. I assume it's supposed to be Monday, or is it really a New Year's Day tournament?

Thank you for any clarification.

Hi Everyone,

Is the 5/10 NLHE game eligible for the bad beat jackpot?

Thanks in advance.

They now spread 3/5 NL and 2/5?

Differences? Just saw both games live on Bravo.

3/5NL barely ever runs, it has a $1000 max as opposed to $500 on the 2/5NL.

I wonder if it's something more than that...rates (offer and regular) for tomorrow (Thursday) are higher than for Friday. Tomorrow had been available to me comped for a long time, but last week when I'd decided to go and went to book it, no comp. Checked my TR offers and it was the same for all four, higher rates Thursday than Friday.

Thursday's now lower than Friday, but both are still higher than Saturday.

Had a really good time yesterday/last night at Borgata. I was pleasantly surprised with the Christmas day action in the poker room. For reference next year as I'm sure the question will come up, there were about 30 games running throughout the day. ~13 1/2nl.

One thing I do notice many times I'm in the room is people talking about the tv's and how they should be lowered. I thought they had planned to lower them earlier this year. Doesn't bother me much as I don't watch tv when playing but I do hear plenty of people mention it.

I played it one time ever three weeks ago, and there were right around 100 entries for whatever that's worth. 18 paid, the Top 7 got over $1k, and the winner was around $8k. You'd think this weekend would be quite a bit busier though.

Good luck.

Tried to get SnG's going numerous times but they never happen, at least while I'm there.

Maybe one weekend we can get a 2+2 one going.

Another knockout day at Borgata yesterday, good stuff. I went down for the 25K GRNT tournament, and it ended up being a 55K with all the entries. After that played six hours of 10/20 O8 with the half kill, played two full tables while I was there. Lot of the usual suspects.
The staff yesterday was awesome, it was really busy late afternoon and they handled it despite being short, hustled. For questions asked here, they got that pot limit omaha going, they hustled it up and the low limit games over the microphone all day. I dont know about how long pot limit lasted, but the limt 4/8 and the hi lo omaha ran couple tables solid for dozen hours I was there.
So thanks again Stan, Tab, Darcey, as usual, hope to get down again Sunday after this weather plays out. BL @eebob2072

the small bbjp hit tonight quads vs quads, what was refreshing to see was that there were no regulars at the 1-2 table!

Considering there is now a Bravo poker app, is a live game report really necessary? What is the point at this time?

Some people use past posts to get a feel for how busy it was on certain weekends. It's nice to have a log of how the games are in that sense.

It also shows how many runners the daily tournaments are getting which is the best part IMO.

Is it possible to offer 1-2 players the opportunity to earn complimentary rooms on Saturdays, so as to remain competitive with the room offers at other poker rooms in AC? ('... --30 total hours and you can receive 2 weeknight rooms that week or one Friday or Saturday night---- for 10 hours of play on Friday or Saturday you can book the room for that night if available or a future night...')
