Can not quite tell what info you need?

Are you asking how the action is?

Or how often they run?

Looks like you usually play west coast. So the biggest differences between these two games is that 5/10NL is a capped buy in at $2k. Versus 10/25 is the first uncapped NL game at the Borgata (10/20NL capped at $5k does not run often anymore)

5/10NL will run every single night, with usually 2 tables on weekdays, and 3+ tables on weekends. Weekdays obviously tends to have more grinders. Vs Weekends will have more "new faces" around the table. Usually will have a must move feeding into the main games.

10/25NL will consistently run Thur-Sun, there is a core of about 4-6 players whom consistently start these games. Weekends have gotten more juiced with multiple uncapped games running, with 25/50NL making occasional appearances.

Umm..... Both games are time charged, with some tables agreeing on time pots... Cash does NOT play, chips only... Though multiple chip denominations are played in both games. 5/10NL is usually red $5 (try to encourage people to keep a minimum of red on the table though... slows the game down), green $25, black $100 and purples $500 and pumpkins $1000 playing. Usually will try to keep the $10 and $20 dollar chips off the table to not confuse.

10/25NL is usually a black chip and bigger game. Know that greys ($5k) chips are tracked when you cash them in... have to present a players card to cash them in... So most regs will keep pumpkins opposed to dealing with the flag regulations.

Usually a chip runner (or cart guy, never seen him move quickly before) in the high limit room. You can ONLY purchase chips (cash for chips) from him. He can not color up or down. Or even break a higher denom chip.

Both games will be run in the high limit room, NL area (back) unless there are a lot of limit games, and occasionally a must move out in the main... or in the hell that is 9 handed stud tables...

Get red bull/Evians in back room (not available out in regular room)

Hopefully that helps?

Dunno if that help him, but it definitely helped me. I found this quite informative about the high-limit games, as will many other players. Thank you for your description.

1-2 PLO players who I have played with the past, please help get the game going like it did in the past. I know it ran for a bit Friday, but it definitely did not run when I was physically there late Friday and Saturday night.

Definitely not this Friday and Saturday. ;-)

However, my co-worker and I will be playing this late Sunday afternoon (12/26) hoping to get a PLO table started. If you (or any 2+2er) want to join us 5 or 6 PM?

What's the min/max buyin for 1-2 PLO at the Borgata?

I'm heading out there in mid Jan and hoping there'll be a table going, but I'll be there on what I assume to be offpeak days - Sunday night through to Wednesday - so I'll probably end up playing 1-2 NL.

Hey Stan,

Assuming someone plays 14 hours of 10/20 and 16 hours of 20/40 in December to qualify for the double comp promotion, which of these is correct?

A) Player receives $48 in addition to regular comps (16 hours x $3 per hour).
B) Player receives $90 in addition to regular comps (30 hours x $3 per hour).
C) Player receives $76 in addition to regular comps (16 hours x $3 per hour plus 14 hours x $2 per hour).

I can confirm something of that nature happened. Definitely and incident in the back area where sngs are played. Saw Jason Young and Allen Bari but didn't see Phelps. Some sort of shouting incident. No idea what stakes were being played.

Hey Stan,

Do the double comps go towards the total to gain a black card?

i.e. I play 30 hours at 20-40, make $90 toward the black - does the doubling make it $180 toward the black or is it still $90 plus a $90 "comp bonus" (for lack of a better term)?

6 players in the game. I do not think it would be appropriate for me to give average chip stack.
