You did not like your room because the TV changed channels slow?

If you're taking the train, then there should be free jitney/shuttle buses to all casinos from the train station as well, timed to the arrival of trains.

The #3 jitney doesn't run overnight (I think from like 2AM-6AM, but ask a driver). If you need to get to the Borgata at this time, you'll need to either take a taxi, or walk to Pacific and take a #2.

Here are the steps taken so far.

1. Borgata has requested for the approval of Razz in AC. (DONE)

2. The DGE asked the CCC council for approval last month. (DONE)

3. We are waiting for the final approval from the state. (Rules and Regulation)

4. Once we get approval, there will be a 6 month testing phaze. During this testing phase, each time the game is dealt, the casino will have to note any poblems at that table. It does't matter how trivial. There could be a problem with who didn't ante and that will have to be noted. After 6 months, the notes will be sent to the state. The good news is that we will dealing the game.

Stan

Hey Stan, since you're addressing rumors; is it true that a dealer recently got two 5k tips on a cash game?

Since it's on Matt Glance's twitter and he's a regular in the game I'm assuming it's cool to give out this info...

Yeah, he said there was a dispute and they settled it by giving the dealer a 10K tip.....5K each player.

Just to be clear, the dispute had nothing to do with the game of poker.

I was there this morning when the tip happened, something about both players mucked and couldn't decide who should get the pot n said **** it, both players decided to ship it to the dealer as a tip, pot was about 14k from what I heard, these players playing with stacks of over 100k each is nothing to them, geeeshh, that's some wild stuff right there

(1) 5-10 Stud

I went yesterday hoping 5/10 HOSE would go, and ended up playing 10/20 & 5/10 stud for a while. The 10/20 game had an odd mix of random old guys, high limit HE players fooling around, and two 30/60 stud regs. It was decent until an ol' timer with blue $10 chips busted out. Not too many weak spots, but a good game nonetheless. More agressive than Taj 10/20, 80% of the hands were completed on 3rd street.

5/10 got called around 9:30 with 5 players. I played for about an hour, nothing really remarkable about the game. I really liked the $1 ante as opposed to the .50 ante at Taj. Floor also adjusted the rake from 10% to 5%.

Big thanks to Stan for seeing that the games were called and got going (both went shorthanded at first). Hopefully these games can get going again, not just on Labor Day weekend.

I'm here so happy I only lost $50 for the 8 hour session after being in for $1300 and these dudes are balling for real, their stacks on that table look so ridiculous, especially those greyish 5k chips
