Yes they have the best nightly tourneys. Not sure what the numbers are these days. They host the only buy-in levels that get a decent prize pool if that is what you are interested in.

Yes, but check w/ the rewards desk bec the points drop off after a while - at least that's what they told me - so you have to cash out before that happens.

They had 191 last sunday for the $400 holdem tournament, so I would predict about a quarter to a third of that field. I'd be happy with any turnout over 50.

Yeah I'd be very happy if they got 50. I'm concerned it's going to be around 20. Hopefully the OE players who don't usually play tournaments at least know about it.

So how's it work, exactly? I get up for a cig or go for a minute to the men's room I get logged out then logged back in? Since I play near the front of the room I dash back and forth for a drag, I get logged out/in each time?

But I think in most rooms with Bravo the dealers don't clock you out unless you have missed your blind. Regardless, they don't need your card again or anything, you are put in a holding status where you are still registered as at the seat, but not earning comps, the light flashes on and off when lobbying.

We have Bravo at CDS in Tucson and I'm pretty sure you don't get logged out when you leave your seat. Hope it is really coming to TSR.

59. I was pretty happy with the field size. It was mostly 4-8 O8 and 6-2 OE players I think.

Disappointed with the "deep stack" tournament on Saturday. I haven't played it in 2-3 years, so I thought I'd give it a try. Starting chips cut way down, several early blind levels skipped. After 3 hours, 60% of the field was gone! I know they want us out of the tournament and back to the cash tables, but come on, that was closer to a turbo than a deep stack. Obviously not playing that again.

Yeah it's a quick structure but incredibly soft and definitely worth playing if you can beat $5 mtts online. I'll always remember shoving 10bb on the button and guy in the bb fold / shows 66 with 5bb behind.
