1: Drive was ok, a little left, chip SW a little far, 2 putts. No bad strokes, but no really good strokes either

2: Mis**** the drive a little, which i a layup for dogleg left, so had the punch the next one 50 yards. 3 wood to greenside bunker (people where blabing about how it couldnt be reached in 2, so went for it from where I could have been in 2) a little to far out of the bunker. 2 putt from fringe.

3: Nice drive. PW to front of green. 2 putts.

4: Drive way right 135 meters to the green from the rough with threes blocking halfway. 6 iron. Chip, putt.

5: Again not perfekt drive, but no troubles either. Mis**** 6 iron, SW pitch. 1 putt.

6: I hate this hole, the green is bonkers hard for being the "easiest hole" PW a little left, chip, 2 putts.

7: Good drive first fairway hit, but doesnt matter much, the roughn is easy after the winter, weak 3 wood, 6 iron 20 meters left, SW 2 putts.

8: PW to green. 2 Putts.

9: Good drive, PW to 3 yards. 1 putt.

10: Drive was a little right, tried 2 fade 2. instead of laying up. 3 I had to lay up, or go through some tried. No leaves yet, so went through the 3 to the back fringe, playing partner suggested visting a kiosk on the way home so I could buy me some lotto tickets :-). 2 putts.

11: Decent drive, little left, but no worries. 200 meters in, went for the 3 wood, but went a little right and in a lake, drop, pitch, 2 putts, double bogie.

12: PERFECT DRIVE: SW to fringe. HORRIBLE PUTT, went 10 yards to far. 2 putts from there.

13: Good drive to fringe. 2 putts.

14: Mis****. Good SW, 1 putt.

15: Very difficult hole. 4i, 3 wood, chip. 1 put.

16: Good drive, 3 wood to 40 meters from the pin. Pitch 3 putt from the fringe, againg I butched the first long putt horribly.

17: Almost went OOB right, had to lob over a bunker went with LW instead of SW. Klonked it way over the green, SW 2 green 2 putts for a double on a normally very easy hole.

18: Good drive, good 3 wood, decent PW, 2 putts. Alltime best beaten by 3 strokes for an 80 total. I could see myself shave 2-4 strokes more off in the imidiate future.

believe this is the first time i've been in the single digits, kind of stalled out in the 10-12 range for a couple years maybe this is the year i finally improve some. yipped some chips and kind of fell apart on the back (made some dumb course management errors)...also after fighting big hooks off the tee all year i was hitting it really straight today. all my FW misses on the front nine were because i'm so used to aiming way right of the fairway, couldn't bring myself to adjust

I was going along well today, +2 after 7 holes then early season fatigue and mad mental decisions derailed that and I ended with an 89. Why do other playing partners need to discuss 3 putting while you're trying to lag a long one close? ungh

Played 45 holes yesterday. Shot a 45, 36, 37 and two 38s. 45 was awesome.

Well, had a really good 9 hole round, could have scored better, but I'm happy.

1- driver through the fairway on a dogleg left par 5. Awkward 5-wood just short of the green, lip out a 4-footer for birdie. Like 360 lip-out. Brutal.

2- Par 3, 8-iron to 15 feet, 2-putt par.

3- A par 4. crushed drive. Dead center fairway. Best drive I have hit in 2 years, and I can comfortably say that. Gap wedge to 4 feet, birdie.

4 - drive well right, awkward yardage and a flier lie; ended up hitting a pitching wedge 20 feet over the green. Lipped out the par putt. Bogey.

5- Par 4. drive well left, awkward yardage, hit my second just short of the green. Flubbed the chip (argggh) and lipped out (again, jesus) a 12-footer for par. Bogey.

6- 7-iron just right of the green on the par 3. fantastic chip onto a downslope with no green to work with for a par save.

7. Drive well right on this par 5. 6-iron back into play due to tree trouble, sand wedge from 105 to 8 feet, 2-putt par.

8 - Par 4, hardest hole on the course. Gorgeous drive of about 290, leaves me in-between an 8 and a 9 iron. I take the 9 and airmail it over the green (wat? seriously) Hit a fantastic putt from about 10 feet for par, thought I drilled it, just slid by on the low side. ****ing bogey.

9 - Par 3, tee shot just right of green but in a bunker collar. Awkward chunk out to 10 feet, miss the putt.

Ballstriking was incredible. Not perfect but no complaints, lot of distance control work and such to work on but I was happy with it. Short game...could use some work. With any short game touch at all, that's a round of 35. ONWARD

93. Pretty terrible day off the tee with 6 penalty strokes. Driver has been awesome lately and was awful today with a bunch of push slices. Was pretty solid with irons but short game and putting were meh.

Played with a couple of early 20s dudes that were pretty good. One of them was like 5'10" and 150 lbs, but somehow managed to hit the biggest drives I've ever seen in person. Had a handful of 320+ drives without wind help. It was pretty fun to watch.

85 today for first round of the season. Played well early on and then let myself get tilted by the slow play in front of me. Told myself not to let it bother me, but it did in some way.

1st hole: par 4 slight dogleg right. Hooked my drive a bit but still had look a look at the green. caught approach somewhat heavy landed in front of green side bunker. decent pitch rolled out and i drilled 30fter for Par.

2nd hole: straight forward par 4. Driver in left hand rough, approach on front fringe. Chip to a foot. Par.

3rd hole: downhill short par 4. 3 iron in left center fairway. pulled PW into rough. mediocre pitch, missed putt. Bogey.

4th hole: 165yd par 3 over water. Dead pull off the tee. pitched onto fringe and 2 putted. Bogey

5th hole. tough par 4 with awkward tee shot. Striped drive dead center. Couldn't have dropped it in the fairway any better. 8 iron from 150 to about 25ft. 2 putt. Par

6th hole: par 4. this is where the waiting began. drive dead center approach balloon'd on me into a stiff wind. nice pitch shot but can't convert the 5fter. Bogey.

7th hole: another wait on the tee. 185yd par 3 dead into the wind. hit an awful 3 iron left. pitch onto fringe, 2 putt. Bogey.

8th hole: par 5 with yet another wait. Awful tee shot in right rough. hooded a 5 iron a tad under some overhanging trees in left fairway. approach from 150 hammers a branch, and sends it sideways. pure 4th shot right at the flag. ends up being over the green. pitch on, 2 putt. Double bogey...!

9th hole: short par 4. Ok drive in fairway. send a half wedge flying over the stick. mediocre pitch and miss the 7ft par putt. Bogey.

Such a frustrating front 9. Really felt good early on but it tapered off. Need to find the consistency in my swing, but I feel that I will.

Back 9 was slow at first until i finally got ahead of the idiots. horseshoe lip out on 10 and another double on a par 5 were the only notable moments on that 9. My distance control was all over the place too. Partly due to the wind, but I need to figure out my distances.

Played the par 5s in +6. Unacceptable.

91 ugh. Two poor rounds this weekend. Frustrating after five straight rounds under 90 including a 79.

Driving was marginally better today than yesterday, but iron play went to ****. Decent short game and good lag putting, but can't make anything > 6 feet. It really comes down to poor green reading; I'm hitting on my line for the most part.

90 today, I'm really struggling with topping the ball to start this season. But I did manage to flush 3 drives today and get them out there a good distance and chipped in a bird-dog.

Turrible today. Then again I was exhausted and it was very windy, and we played some ****ty executive course where I had to hit like a half sand wedge into every par 3. Hit one driver all day. Not fun at all.

Great weather we've been having and been getting out every day.
Had some solid drives and the short game was on, but mid-irons just aren't feeling right. I think it's me and not the new irons, but think ill see our pro tomorrow to make sure.

Started off the round with two triples in the first three holes lol, but then settled down with two birdies but a double on an easy par 5 on the back nine.

Welcome back, man.

Got in sixteen holes after work. Played terribly, driving was particularly appalling. Putted well though and pitching and chipping showed some moments of competence.
Really very annoying though two week's ago I was having a lesson hitting a five wood onto the second green with a bit of draw now its back to coming up short with a driver and a bit of a slice.

Broke 100 for the first time and destroyed my previous personal best of a whooping 114 by 18 shots shooting 96.

Was 1 over on the day for 8 holes, and on the 9th (it was Hole 7) I snap hooked 2 drives into a row of houses and just dropped somewhere. If I can just get the annoying hideous atrocious shots that I hit about 1 out of ever 5 times with my driver, I can put some really solid rounds together. It's so bad, I hit 3 perfect drives all over 280 and in the fairway. Snap-hooked 2 in a row on one hole about 80 yards straight OB. WTF.
