ggo: there was a guy in the squat rack i needed maybe 40 bald likely roided up pretty huge doing rack pulls w 365. I stop next to the rack and get his attention after his set and ask him how long he is going to use the rack. He looks at me like I just asked him if he wanted a bowl of steaming aids and real confrontational says a while. I ask him how long. He laughs to himself like he just had an inside joke w himself rolls his eyes at me l and says a long time. I dont let up and ask how long do you think, he starts mumbling like his heads gonna aslplode and finally makes words and says have a nice day real fresh like. Ok dick.
I get in the other rack and warmup, finally do a couple work sets walking 335 3/4 steps out of the rack to squat w no safety bars cause I cant hit depth in the rack. Not ideal at all and I have to pay attention during my sets that no morons come and get weights or something stupid. After my second set he come over and says some stuff like thats really impressive and where did you learn bla bla, I just am like yea yea thanks dude.
I do another set and he comes back and give me the reason he dicked out yada yada other people were asking him about the rack whatevs then he tells me about how he hurt himself squatting when someone called his name mid set and he tried to turn and hurt his knee. I'm like cool story bro. Then he finishes right when I'm about done and leaves 225 sitting in the rack and a whole slew of weights unracked around and says hes done I can use it. Thanks dawg

barefoot, turned my toes in like 2in tip from rob from avg bros who was at my 24hr squatting when i noticed he had very slight angle on his feet compared to my ridic 45deg angle. I was getting some semi serious knee pain from running,hiking in my left knee, week off and no pain and today i brought my toes in a bunch.
