Today I did 3x345 and also a double.

Press 3x5x145

Some rows and tri pulldowns.

My shoulders remain jacked. I haven't done any shoulder lifts on a month and my right shoulder in particular hasn't healed at all. Sucks.

Also got back on c2 for warmup 500m in 145

so its really time to decide on a program. I'm torn between really starting 5/3/1 low and skipping bench but doing dl press skwat or just continuing to lift heavy while slowly cutting.

I've done 4 months of 5/3/1 but I was on a decent defecit and started a little high If I remember correctly. I think thats probably smarted than continuing to lift heavy and try and lose 10 lbs. Without being able to do much upper body stuff I feel like a penguin walking around with a fatass at 200lbs so I guess that means time to start cutting.

yesterday and day before probably did a total of 100/125 70lb swings total while watching football

lowbar really aggravated my shoulder today

I keep putting off dl because the only shoes I bring to the gym are my running and my do-win's and i dont want to dl in either.

My shoulder is not responding well to lowbar.

Today I failed 405 after getting it right at the wim sticking point. Didn't have it today, might get it tomorrow just to get it out of the way, if not tomorrow the next day.

Did some singles and doubles today but really felt weak. All HB except for one rep at 365 that was 'middle bar' A really uncomfortable place on the shoulder not quite high or low. luls

Its possible I suppose that doing 5x10, 1x20 70lb swings and 5x10 70lb one arm rows could've had me a bit tired from the day before but its more likely diet/ sleep related.

Back with some light triples a few days ago and today I did

3x5x325 two sets hb one lb

I've been having some tightness since doing the kbswing set that almost killed me.

I hope it isn't related to my old injury as that would be really especially considering I felt 100% since starting quatting again.

Going to rest a little more and do a lot more stretching pre and post.

I was getting worried I broke myself again but after today I think that I figured out where the problem lies. Highbar. I just may be doing it wrong, or my lower back just doesnt respond well to it or whatever, today I did all lowbar and although I spent more time warming up and stretching there was no tighness or soreness whatsoever. chathumb

I wish I could manage that, I dont want to change socks at the gym(I'm not putting socks from the gym floor back in my shoe)

I do need to get some socks that I can wear while deadlifting that can protect my shins a bit... any suggestions ?

I deadlift wearing standard Adidas soccer socks. Were like $7. Not 100% protection obv, but make a big difference.

Nice squats bro. You strong. But am I correct in reading that you refuse to deadlift without shoes on because you don't want to get your socks dirty???

FYI, the human vagina literally has billions of bacteria living in it, which is the reason for the customary acidic flavor. And that is just the stuff that is supposed to be there. We are not even getting into all the HPVs and other pathogens hanging out at any given time.

Think about that next time you are going down for a snack, and suddenly walking on the gym floor in socks doesn't sound so bad anymore.
