so its really time to decide on a program. I'm torn between really starting 5/3/1 low and skipping bench but doing dl press skwat or just continuing to lift heavy while slowly cutting.
I've done 4 months of 5/3/1 but I was on a decent defecit and started a little high If I remember correctly. I think thats probably smarted than continuing to lift heavy and try and lose 10 lbs. Without being able to do much upper body stuff I feel like a penguin walking around with a fatass at 200lbs so I guess that means time to start cutting.
Today I failed 405 after getting it right at the wim sticking point. Didn't have it today, might get it tomorrow just to get it out of the way, if not tomorrow the next day.
Did some singles and doubles today but really felt weak. All HB except for one rep at 365 that was 'middle bar' A really uncomfortable place on the shoulder not quite high or low. luls

Its possible I suppose that doing 5x10, 1x20 70lb swings and 5x10 70lb one arm rows could've had me a bit tired from the day before but its more likely diet/ sleep related.
I was getting worried I broke myself again but after today I think that I figured out where the problem lies. Highbar. I just may be doing it wrong, or my lower back just doesnt respond well to it or whatever, today I did all lowbar and although I spent more time warming up and stretching there was no tighness or soreness whatsoever. chathumb

FYI, the human vagina literally has billions of bacteria living in it, which is the reason for the customary acidic flavor. And that is just the stuff that is supposed to be there. We are not even getting into all the HPVs and other pathogens hanging out at any given time.
