I chatted with a dude through warmups about rugby, broz, and widowmakers. Cool dude. He plays rugby and tomorrow I'm gonna go play some touch to see whats up.

Prob gonna hit up broz new gym at some point soon.

Touch went well, we played sevens for about 2 hours with the unlv kids who are pretty new to the game as well.

My left knee is gonna be the first issue, it really didn't become too much of an issue but I also went a little easy. Its a sharp pain on the top left outside of my kneecap. It only hurts if I run a bunch or hike a bunch and it hurts more when climbing or descending stairs etc..

I have the supple leopard book now, so I'm gonna start diggin in there and see if I cant find someway to get it working right again.

Rugby was definitely a good move, If I had known about it years ago I wouldve been playing then. Hopefully I can hang still.

Also worth noting is that I haven't had any crippling bed days needing extra recovery in a while. Very cool. Diet has been same if anything I'm eating less so maybe just better quality of sleep.
