Am I the only one who thinks the biggest FAIL in this whole thing is the fact that Roseeker only had $100 invested in this bet? Or is it understood that Gary would give him more? I don't think they covered that in their amazing apologies.

Also, has stars made a decision whether or not the money in their account will be confiscated? It seems to me that they will almost for sure be banned, but maybe stars will let them cash out? A lot of ppl are implying ITT that Gary's 20k will be confiscated, but is this confirmed?

By the way, in the UK the max sentence for property theft is 7 years if I'm not mistaken.(I just did some quick research) I wonder if there is a minimum sentence. However, they would still be eligible for the young offenders prison as far as I know. Knowing this, whatever happens to them is better than what should happen imho.

roseeker was/is the biggest tool in 2+2. he figured he was smarter than everyone else and would go to great lengths to try to prove it. i still haven't read if he will be making videos for pokertrickz does anyone know? he says he is quiting poker but i give 6-8 months before he is back playing on stars.
