Dan Henderson deserves another shot as much as Sonnen. That would be a badass contender fight.
First you call Dan Henderson a pussy for not being able to naturally produce testosterone, then say he deserves a contender shot? Make up your mind.

hair loss at 17 with several swings and misses.

Hendo has one fight at 185 since leaving the UFC, where he got dominated by a guy who is now a non top 10 WW.

So if he wins another fight not at 185, he clearly should get a title shot at 185. Gotcha.

Just watched Edgar Vs. Maynard. How disappointed are you if you're Maynard? I don't care for Edgar, but he ****in earned my respect.

Lol at Sonnen. But if he were to win.. son, it be insane.

I expect Siver/Cerrone to be an amazing fight. Winner is sniffing around a title shot as well, probably needs one more.

i asked this in the EDF thread and got no replies....wtf do people expect the line on Sonnen/Silva to be? I honestly have no clue. Anyone who doubts Sonnen needs to watch his last 5 fights...he is the most dominant wrestler in the sport today imo. Yes he leaves himself open to subs, but the ease with which he takes down and controls top level guys is just sick.

without much thought id guess around even money

i mean silva is -155 on pinnacle vs gsp and chael has a better chance at beating him so

oh really? I was thinking it'd be somewhere between Silva -200 and Silva -300 and I would strongly consider betting on Sonnen(at least if it were closer to the latter). But like I said, I really can't argue too much in either direction, and your comparison to the GSP line does make sense....really really excited for this fight, perhaps the fight I'm looking forward to more than any ever

well what do you think about that -155 vs gsp line?

it probably wouldn't be -155 if any sharp money actually went in to this bet. The fight is not happening anytime soon if ever, and most pro bettors probably don't like tying up a significant sum on something that has about 0% chance of happening within the betting timeframe.

I agree with Assani (and I'm by far not a pro bettor, just a hardcore mmafan) that -200 to -300 sounds very reasonable. Probably minus 200-250 imo.

It's a steal. if Silva is -155 leading up to an actual fight with GSP i will bet my net worth on it. And i usually pray for silvas downfall every night before i fall asleep.

yeah fair points

looks like the pinnacle terms are by 1 January 2012 which is never gonna happen so that line is pretty rogue

according to bestfightodds leben munoz is not on the card.

i am a big siver fan for obvious reasons.

i have been pretty low on bj penn for quite a while now, tho that should be a pretty good fight.

i guess maybe im just sour on gsp beating up on everyone the way he does, and i don't really expect the main to be an interesting fight. i suppose it's an okay card full of guys i dont' really like and not much can compare to 136 imo.

why? you prefer boring LnP fighters over exciting and dynamic fighters? Honestly I'll never understand Anderson Silva haters

Anderson Silva is my favorite fighter. With that said, if you can't understand how someone could hate him then you aren't looking very closely....

-Refuses to fight several of his 'friends' such as Machida even though it'd make for awesome fights

-All the nonsense against Maia

-Trolls the **** out of everyone with his ability/inability to speak English. And then when hes finally in Brazil, he answers the question in perfect English and makes Soares translate it.

-Sonnen is the American, Silva is the Brazilian. Not surprising that many American fans want to root for their countryman.

-Is outright boring in interviews and hyping up fights. Chael Sonnen gives him such a great feud, yet despite Dana White guaranteeing us that Silva "hates Sonnen" he never shows it whatsoever.
