coulda gone higher on DL i think but was tired because I did squats first.

yeah my brother has skipped out on the gym the last couple times and i failed at trying to prop my phone up

i did watch some squat videos and applied some tips which have seemed to help a bit. my DL i feel very solid on.

Lord not me. I had those dudes in mind when I said that. I think if ytf goes back to 5K calories a day, I think he'd do pretty well for the first 60 pounds, I guess.

When I get to -200, I might try the local big city newspaper, and see if anyone at the city desk is bored and looking to do a story about me. And I'll say "Applebees" every third sentence. Maybe that will get their attention?

By the way, just ate at Denny's tonight, and they've got a VERY limited number of meals <550 cals now. Had the Tilapia Ranchero, it was yummy (mashed potatoes was a real treat!), but not very filling.

haven't lost any weight so far this week. fu variance you cruel mistress.

Sunday- 1660 calories, 154g protein. Umped 2 baseball games in 95 degree VA heat and humidity

Monday- 1738 calories, 229g protein. Gym day, upper body + reffed 3 basketball games

Tuesday- 1621 calories, 198g protein. Gym day, lower body + umped a 9 inning baseball game by myself.

Today- 1698 calories, 230g protein. Gym day, upper body + reffed 3 basketball games.



ALL I WANNA DO IS GET <200 LBS

actually i think a contributing factor is my lack of sleep. though you would think that would mean I would be burning more calories if Im awake more.

havent slept well the last 4 days + have a morning summer class = being awake roughly 18hrs a day

Never not grilling summer squash again. So good like that... Rubbed with a little evoo and s&p. Chicken was marinaded in franks red hot, cumin, garlic powder, s&p. Peppers and onions just a simple sautee with s&p and cumin.

IIRC it was 10.5oz chicken, 1 full summer squash, and half a pepper and 1/4 an onion. Think that makes for like 500 cals with the oil.

Grilled veggies are awesome. Try some eggplant next time. Slice, coat in kosher salt, let sweat for an hour in a colander in the sink, rinse and pat dry. Brush with oil, grill until soft and well done. So so good.

I haven't, either. Fluctuated down to 205 on the 4th, shot back up to 209 the next day or two, ground it back to 205 when I awoke Wednesday afternoon.

My July goals were 205 by the 15th, 200 by the 31st. We'll see how it goes.

Updates every week, on Friday I guess. Ends in 4 weeks. It'll work out great so that when it ends I can go on a massive weekend bender.

Approx. 2 lbs a week seems like a reasonable goal, and being under 210 in a month would be worth even losing the bet to me, so this is perfect. GL dw

m
