Post combo!
Never not grilling summer squash again. So good like that... Rubbed with a little evoo and s&p. Chicken was marinaded in franks red hot, cumin, garlic powder, s&p. Peppers and onions just a simple sautee with s&p and cumin.
IIRC it was 10.5oz chicken, 1 full summer squash, and half a pepper and 1/4 an onion. Think that makes for like 500 cals with the oil.
