Thanks. My goal is to get down into the 170s. Once we're there, we'll see what we want to do after that. Hoping to get there before winter.
Yeah, I've been hitting the weights 2-3 times/week, been better lately about making that "3" instead of "2". I took last week off from the gym (only one long bicycle ride), went back yesterday, and I am SO SORE today!

Actually, I'm glad you posted that. My shirtless "before" pics are actually naked "before" pics, with my huge drooping belly obscuring my junk from view. I'd been asked to post shirtless before pics, and I demurred out of embarrassment, and promised to post them alongside my shirtless "after" pics when the time comes.
But now that someone has gone there first, I've learned to warn people BEFORE they open the spoiler box that there's a naked man waiting inside for them. So thanks for that, I guess.
And of course, it's always good to see people take charge of this aspect of their lives, good for you.
