Uh around April of last year was 270, that's when I started like logging again. Was closer to 290 last January.

belly skin is frustratingly loose right around belly button. some on back of thighs as well.


it is slowly tightening up i think but feels like a half full sac of water. think for me ~200 is gonna be a pretty ideal weight so still have some to lose anyway.

Skin around the lower half of my belly, and upper inner thighs, is hanging there like half-empty canvas sacks. Yet, it doesn't look as bad as I imagined it could.

I haven't really noticed any loose skin. I mean, I still have fat around my midsection, thighs etc. but not just loose skin filled with nothing.

I'm at 220 from my peak of 330. My stomach is really bad and the inner thighs arent great either. I'm hoping it will improve if I ever make it to the 190s where I should be but will likely need surgery to feel good about taking my shirt off.

150 down from 210

original goal was 160 but i still hate myself so i'll go down a bit more and then attempt to put on some muscle once i get over hating the gym. been putting off getting a membership for a long time now.

Holy, 210 to 150? I did 235 to 190 and wanna get to 180 but it's a struggle. How'd you manage to drop that much? I'm unrelated news, I haven't had pizza for several months and I'm having awful cravings for it.

Mashoo I feel ya, 190 to 180 was a tough one. I was ~240 about 6 years ago. It only took me about a year to get down to 190 and the weight came off easy just doing the basics in regards to diet and exercise, but getting down from 190 to my goal of 170 was where I had to kick it into full gear.

Cardio, weights, eating the right # of calories while meeting macro requirements for protein and fiber, and cutting way down on sugar. It was that simple for me.... Simple, but not easy.

Before (2007)

CDB, that second spoiler pic is legit impressive! That's awesome man. What's your weight in the 2nd spoiler pic? That to me is a realistic goal I'd like to achieve one day haha.

I didn't end up buying pizza. Happy but not happy lol. I don't have problems eating broiled chicken and veggies all the time, but damn, a $10 4 topping pizza would be glorious but then I just think about all the fat and calories and I get sad lol.

2nd pic is about 180 pounds. Currently like 172, lost a bit of muscle since then since I do more cardio and less weights these days
