Mashoo I feel ya, 190 to 180 was a tough one. I was ~240 about 6 years ago. It only took me about a year to get down to 190 and the weight came off easy just doing the basics in regards to diet and exercise, but getting down from 190 to my goal of 170 was where I had to kick it into full gear.
Cardio, weights, eating the right # of calories while meeting macro requirements for protein and fiber, and cutting way down on sugar. It was that simple for me....
Simple, but not
easy.
