without spoilers what would you say makes it great? I prolly ****ed up thinking it was gonna be on the tier of sopranos and wire so thats my bad. but right now everything about it is olid, its more of a slow burn but teh characters arent as poping as ones in sopranos, wire, etc

Sopranos just get way better every rewatch. Agree it is the GOAT. Breaking Bad otoh rates poorly on rewatch. And i love both.

Planning to watch Mad Men in Amazon Prime, any good?

Whoever asked about The White Tiger -- my husband and I thought it was great. I have a friend who used to spend a lot of time in India and he said it was spot on as far as conditions, people, etc.

The upcoming season of Better Call Saul is the final season. I've been waiting for the final season to start watching from the beginning. Planning to go straight from that to a BB rewatch.

Finished my Banshee binge on HBO Max. It's a solid action show with occasion nice boobs. I would give it 8/10.

The over the top and non-stop fight scenes are a bit ridiculous. Taking a dozen brutal face shots and a few hours later just a few scratches, no biggie. lol

Seeing that every now and then and its just whatever, but when its non-stop, it just gets old. lol

I too just finished Banshee. Agree that the fight scenes get monotonous. It's still a solid show even if ridiculous sometimes and I think it got better as it went on.

Also want to echo the Warrior suggestions in this thread. It might be a top ten all time show for me and deserves a third season. It's Deadwood in San Francisco's Chinatown for a brief description.

I binge watched these two and Gomorrah in the last six weeks. Can't wait for season four of Gomorrah to be released on HBO MAX.

Yeah, we all have different tastes and that's good. Personally, it's been a few years since I've watched it now, but I've seen it several times and I think it was one of the best films of its decade, easily, and there's little question I would rate it among the top 100 films I've ever seen.
