I just joined Bovada to play in those freeroll tournaments, but when I tried to register this "The server is unable to process your request at this time (-71).".

I have tried registering for the other free ones but same error came up. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. I used my email to log in btw. Don't know if that's the problem.

Actually, you might want to look into Table Tamer or Stack and Tile

No P2P.

Bovadas software is terrible and clunky but you should be fine.

Some people do have client freeze issues but most people are ok in that regard as well. Im really not sure what causes random people that particular issue.
In the last couple of days I have experienced this problem with seemingly increasing frequency. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client twice. I e-mailed support, but they are pretty worthless. Is there anything else that I can do to fix this?

From what I can tell, there are no actual "free" rolls at Bovada, they all require you to convert poker points into tickets. So you need to either be given a free ticket through some promotion or have played with real money to gain poker points to convert to tickets to play in any freeroll on Bovada.

If this is still confusing just call support and they will explain how it works but there doesn't seem to be any traditional freerolls at Bovada.

Has anyone won the 15k wsop main event package or knows how the logistics work if you win it?

Based on what I've heard, they put $5k in your account and you get to Vegas on your own. They meet you there and go to the cage with you and essentially buy you in for the $10k ME.

Also confirmed, you have to wear a Bovada shirt with "Player 4" on the back.

Let me alert you to a bonus you may not be aware of:

Bovada is giving cash bonuses based on weekly poker points earned over the next six weeks, but for some reason you have to opt in to get the promo. You can do that here.

You get $10 for 50 points, $25 for 100 and a max of $50 for 200...so looks like an easy $50 a week for anyone who plays any significant time on Bovada.

Not even significant amounts. I should clear the $50 today and I just 2-3 table NL100 for an hour or so a night.

Just hoping to bink the $5K lotto thing.

And if you know of how I can download bovada hh to see what the distribution comes out to please tell me how so I can see it
We have a rigged thread for this kind of thing, unless you have some actual evidence.

As for whether the deck is set from the beginning or if there is a continuous shuffle, that doesn't really change whether there could be a rig or not. But if anything, a pre-set deck would make it more difficult, as there wouldn't be an opportunity for the cards to be changed based on who continues with the hand and who folds. If you think there's a rig, you should be expecting that the cards to be dealt would be decided after betting has finished. But of course, what does it matter how the card room tells you they deal? If you think they rig the deck, then why would you assume they tell the truth about how they deal?

Holdem Indicator can still be used for a HUD, it's a bit pricey though ($100). And the stats don't save after the session, obviously.

Thanks for the info. I currently am on the new sign up bonus too, I wonder if they will allow both bonuses to occur?

edit: Another bonus in case some people missed it. Play 21 hands of Blackjack by April 29th and win entry to a freeroll with a 15k WSOP package awarded. https://poker.bovada.lv/poker-promotions/blackjack-wsop

*Meh, it's minimum $5 a hand. Was hoping it was only $1/hand.

Yes, Bovada always doing promotions. I've cleared the 50 and am hoping to bink that draw. Good to always check the page for new promos.
