Is anybody else just getting, like, no responses from support over anything?

First time playing on the software tonight and wanted to see if anyone else had this issue.....

I would be playing, and would try to open another table or view the replay of the previous hand, and all of a sudden I get the "not responding" windows error for the table I open and need to close/restart the whole application. It seems to randomly happen, not sure what triggers it. It's super annoying, but at least it's a quick restart (usually less than a minute and only missed a hand in the tournament I was in).

Has anyone else experienced this? My laptop is probably 5-6 years old, but generally doesn't have issues running multiple applications. I was able to successfully play a cash game while in the tournament, but then at one point the cash game froze and needed to close/restart.

You and everyone else having issues with software lag, bugs, not responding etc, disable aurora engine.

Having this same issue. It seems to happen whenever I close a table or close the hand replayer, then receive the error on my other tables where I have to restart.

I deposited nearly a week ago with the bonus code and I have not had any bonus yet. I contacted support with no response yet.

Ditto. No response to a few questions I had. None of them urgent, but it's still annoying though. I used the Chat feature to help figure out a deposit-related issue, but I think they're kind of limited in what they handle.

Go to your bonus tab in the client and see if its active. The bonus releases at every 10 dollars and takes a long long time to get the full 600.

It ends up being effectively around 35% rakeback.

I do not see anything active in the bonus tabs. Is there anything I can do to activate? I have earned at least 4 chests in the past week, and thought that I would have been credited at least one bonus in 10 dollars.

Back in the day, I used to play full tilt, and did not give stars much action, so the rewards system with stars is fairly new.

I think I'm going to use a different strategy to tried to contact support. I'm going to try emailing the sportsbook and casino and see if they end up responding. If anyone finds out an email address that they are responding to in a timely matter please post it.

Other than the lack of response from support I love the action in the games so far.

I think the comments here are concentrated on those having troubles with the site. From the player numbers, there are lots of folks like me who've deposited and begun playing without incident, but don't have anything to jump into this thread to complain about.

So I live in NY, and have driven to NJ to play before. I have a Nj stats account. When I logged on to the PA client and tried to create an account it said I had the NJ account already. Prompted me to log in with that client.
Does that mean I can use my “NJ” account if I go to the PA border?

The action is a lot better than I thought it would be, and they're soft. But mostly I just love playing on a site that actually works software-wise owned by a company that's above-board. I've been playing at WPN (America's Cardroom), and oh man, that site is a sh*t show.

I honestly wouldn't let this thread stop you. The software is 99.9% stable and compared to most other sites available to US residents, it's a dream. PS may not be assigning a lot of staff to minor support issues at the moment, but they're solid overall. Plus, I think almost everyone got $20 just for opening an account (I did last week), which has actually been good for me because it's forcing me to grind my way up and manage my bankroll properly.

+1. The nature of threads like this is that people are troubleshooting.

Seems that at the first level of chests it’s going to take filling them all to get your first $10 bonus released.

How do the stakes line up with live stakes? Is .50/1 or 1/2 playing like live 1/2? I know historically the micros play like 1/2 or 1/3 and any blind over a dollar plays more like 2/5. Is that the case so far?

Does anyone know why Flopzilla is on the list of permitted software to have running while playing ... but Equilab is not permitted?!?

I don't use either while playing; it's way too cumbersome to enter hands in real-time for the programs to be useful at the tables. But I've mistakenly had Equilab open in the background a couple of times and quickly got an ominous sounding email about violating terms & conditions. I mean, they do very similar things, and if anything, Flopzilla is even more robust. I wrote support asking about it, but no reply. Weird, no?

PS's prohibited software info page: https://www.pokerstarsmtairycasino.c...om/prohibited/

Has anything been stated about getting hooked up with comp points at Mt Airy? Is it a nice casino and even worth being concerned with earning rewards there?
