Can't log in. keep getting error code 674/1064 "logged in on another device". I have only logged in from my lap top. Support is not responding. Has anyone else had this problem. Would uninstalling and reinstalling the app solve this?

Good luck with support been trying for 6 hours.
Are you trying a mobile app and laptop? Make sure you are not logged into either of them at the same time

(Full disclosure: not in PA and not trying to pretend I am - but I do the vast majority of my play over a fixed dsl line and would be really ticked if my state adopted a must-use-wifi type of solution in the future.)
You can use a hard-wired connection, but you still need wifi enabled only for location verification purposes. If your PC doesn't have wifi, you can buy a USB wifi adaptor for a few bucks on Amazon. Might want to stay away from the very cheapest ones since they can have a weak signal.

It auto saves them in NJ. I'm guessing it's a setup issue, but maybe they haven't implemented it yet.

Support has sucked so far but the best advise I can give you is get verified through the sportbook or casino and should be able to sit at a table.

This is a common and relatively well known ?bug? (PS obviously don't see it that way or they would fix it). It usually occurs when you have not gone through the correct log out sequence ie, you just close the client without first logging out. This causes your session to hang...so you cannot log on again until PS support resets your session.

When this happened to me (a couple of years back, so its not a new thing) they were pretty quick to react...idk they are being slow about it now...segregated support?? volume of calls??

There is actually a recent thread about this...

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/2...tware-1755703/

Welcome back to PS, once you get used to this sort of thing and ofc zero rakeback, you're gonna love it

PS

In case my message got lost, it is the same as you will get from PS. Log out your session first without closing the client and this does not happen...I can confirm. So no busto...tilto...laptop lid slams OK

What do you mean no rakeback? You mean the reward that makes the next chest easier to open is not rakeback?

I don't understand the chest thing. Can I open the ones I have and they still count towards the "upgrade" or do I have to save 10 to get the upgraded one?

What I mean is exactly this...

Where I play (UK in the global pool) at the time of Black Friday on Stars, you could pretty much ABC suck and still break even through FPPs rakeback and the occasional donating whale.

Now where I still play 8 or 9 years on, unless you are a GTO, PIO solving online endboss, you get your butt-kicked every which way.

I'm informed it will be different for you guys because...

"The games will play differently".

If that is true I'm jealous and sad

If it proves not to be true, I guess y'all will find out soon enough.

PS

Plenty of resource on here about PS rakeback (and the suckfest it has become) but I don't know how relevant that will be in the US

He means the reward of chests can not reach 10% of the reward of SuperNova Elite in early 2000s.

Finally got the log on problem fixed. Made First deposit using "free30" code. My account shows the deposit and the tournament tickets but not the $20 bonus. Is play through required for this bonus?

Has anyone tried withdrawing yet? I tried last night and got to the instant check option and typed in the amount then clicked on the arrow for the next step, which was entering the account # and routing # after i put that in i clicked on the blue arrow again for the next step and it wouldn't go past that part iv'e tried numerous times and it's just not working.

Also the day before i had my account verified. Wondering if anyone else is having that problem. I sent email last night but haven't heard nothing back as of yet.

PS Thank god Pokerstars is back in PA! Feels good playing humans instead of bots on ACR lol.

Haven't played any hands yet but nearly every time I observe a table and then try to close it the client locks up. Has anyone had this happen? Is there something on my pc that I can change to fix it?

For those on OSX that are getting the "please wait while we verify your location" message -

Apple logo top left corner
System Preferences
Security & Privacy
Privacy
Ensure that "Enable Location Services" in enabled

This was disabled on mine. After enabling, closing the app, and reopening, I was able to get seated. I've been lazy about the Catalina update so I'm still on Mojave, but this might be an issue for some.

Im pretty sure you have to wait 48hours to withdraw if your withdraw is for less than your deposit amount.

You guys think live casino traffic is going to go down in PA due to PokerStars or will that be no effect? Also is it possible we see much more live poker casino traffic because people moving into PA to play online or is that just not happening haha?
