Super laggy for me as well. Unplayable today. I'm going to send another email to support.

No issue here. Go into settings and try turning on or off the auroa optional graphics engine. I run on an i7 cpu and notice the software uses a good amount of cpu. What kind of pc do you have?

Didn't have any software gameplay issues today at all, was actually pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything ran (granted I'm used to shitty ACR software).
Signing up was a pain though. They don't tell you before you try to deposit you need a copy of driver's license and social security card (or W9 which is a form you fill out yourself just confirming your social security number). They actually rejected my W9 at first since I used a digital signature. Also it took several hours for confirmation each time.
Some friends/family that didn't use a credit card signup didn't have to go through the above.

It's an AMD processor with 6 gb of RAM. I know it's time for an upgrade. I just don't get it. It ran fine yesterday,. Today, it was hanging. I did turn off all the animation as suggested.

Very cool to have online poker again! And so many games too!
Is there a way to set a hotkey for check/fold? It's nice to be able to set to c/f when in the BB, on the flop, etc and just wait for the next action however I dont see it as an option just fold, fold to any bet.

Is anyone else having an issue with your deposit getting declined because of phone validation?
I've contacted support about 3 days ago, still waiting to hear back.

Re: Pennsylvania Online Gambling Launch: July 15, 2019 (PokerStars PA Launch: Nov. 4, 2019)
My experiences thus far:
- I had issues with prohibited networking software. Even after shutting it down I had to log out and back into the software to get it to work.
- Signing up was fine. Unlike others it figured out who I was without difficulty. I was a little miffed that any decent permutation of my PS nick that I have used since pre-Black Friday days was taken. But otherwise that all went smoothly.
- My PayPal deposit was a bit wonky - it acted like it had to think about it and never went to the PayPal screen like it should have. When I tried another method it said I needed to wait ten minutes?
I hit up support via chat and they suggested another method. I used a Visa issued by my credit union and it went right through.
- Immediately fired up a $1 SNG. And won it. Fear me!
- Played a little $30PLO and won a tiny amount. Played a little more $30NLHE and ran my $50 deposit up to around $80.
- Played a $10 tournament this morning. Finished 3rd out of 261 entrants on a single bullet, winning $246.99. I missed playing tourneys in my underwear!
I was gonna cash out a little bit but apparently that will forfeit my bonus. It seems to be exceedingly difficult to reach this play-through requirement. I have played enough to get 9, going on 10 chests, yet it says I have only collected 137 out of 700. If it takes this long for a microstakes player to reach these bonuses they may as well not have them.
Also, these chests seem useless as well. I got a couple 50 cent awards and 190 in StarsCoins but it looks like I will need a ton of those to get anything decent (My memory is hazy but I believe I got a couple of iPods pre-Black Friday. I just got upgraded to bigger chests but even if they double, I am not sure how useful the rewards will be.
Overall it's nice to be able to play poker at home but PS promotions seem pretty flimsy for a microstakes grinder and until they are able to combine player pools where I can turn a $5 tournament into a thousand or more, I don't see it cutting into my live casino time.

Also worth noting, the tournament paid out a lot of people. Which is great if you're into min-cashes but not great if you're hoping for decent paydays after long runs.

Doesn't sound like a sound business move, especially only opening less than a week ago. When i deposit and have problems withdrawing i don't wanna wait 3 days for a response in 2019 each time i wanna talk to someone. If no number that's fine but have a live chat open 24/7, almost all if not 95% of offshore have both a number and or live chat.

Basically all variants offered but there’s no real player pool. Only straight O8 I’ve seen run is PLO8 which seemed juicy at micro stakes.
8 Game which contains Limit O8, stud, and stud8 has gone with some regularity between .50-1 and 2-4. At least those are my observations on and off through the weekend.

Exactly my thoughts and experience on clearing the bonuses. Back in the day they were much easier, at least that’s my recollection. I guess on paper it is around 35% rakeback but realistically, clearing it at lower stakes is going to take quite the chunk of time. Looks like your experience matches what I calculated, that it’ll take all 10 chests to clear the first $10 deposit bonus. Once the chest level goes up I think chest requirements will change so that calculation will be different.

The Table settings are quirky. When I first download, I get all of the options for backgrounds, cards, etc. After I close Stars and reopen it, the options are slashed and everything is clunky and ugly. Any suggestions?

Is there any way to get hand histories via the mobile app, other than the “view previous hand” feature?

I believe that wsop/888 will probably end up better because they offer better rakeback. Pokerstars is a shell of its former self. A shame but not sure if I really want to play much more there.
