A thing people are failing to mention is an aspect to this challenge that Tom thought would give him an edge but isn't working thus far. Tom obviously made it run it twice every all in because he likes to bluff shove and go all in on draws or semi bluffs. The run it twice feature gives him more times to catch up and chop if he gets called by a better hand. I think eventually this will make a difference in the match. People fail to understand variance though and think Tom is already done. I remembered when people said the same thing during the P.A. match.

doesn't 30% equity = 30% equity, no matter how many times you run it?

Yah but he has 2 times to catch a drawing hand now. So he can chop or scoop. Sometimes he may draw blank twice but the flush is gonna get there a lot more.

running it twice (or more) has no effect on your equity what so ever

In the long run yes. From what you've seen now I can understand why you doubt that but its a small sample size. lol there is such thing as variance

http://www.cardplayer.com/cardplayer...run-them-twice

Cliffs: "It makes no difference mathematically whether you run a hand once or twice."

Ok, stop the level.

No one could possibly believe you will win more with a FD because of running it twice.

If he was playing the same style that Durrrr implements most of the time than yes. Durrrr obviously put this in based on his playing style.

Yea, I was just trying to see if I could get him to keep positing increasingly stupid statements.

Wind Up Merchant, like a troll.

When running it twice, do the cards that get drawn out the first time get put back in the deck when running it the second time.

If not, does that not have some effect on equity? Or none whatsoever?

They DO NOT get put back in. if they were put back in it would be a different story. P.S. how the **** is an abbreviation for "wind up merchant" socially recognizable on 2p2? also I actually still dont know what Ido and DUCY are lol. Im guessing DUCY is do you see. I swear on my life I dont know what Ido is tho.
