That would be lame if this took as long as the PA vs. Dwan match, that was kind of a letdown IMO.

Seriously, based on the way Durrrr was talking about the match beforehand and "cranking a few challenges out" in the near future I thought he'd want to be playing 5k hands every day or two, obviously it's up to them when they play but it's definitely been a bit of a let down

My $50 bet on Dwan looks about as safe as staking Gus.

Once you're up by a bit, the shorter your opponent the less he can win back. Sure the less you can win, but with a huge side bet, not bad to increase your chances of winning at the expense of some immediate ev from playing full stacked

Or, more likely, jungle is cutting durrrr some slack because he's up and isn't a nit picky bastrd

Dwan is also doing a lot of fundamentally questionable things (like J2o flat OOPs today or few days ago at PLO 6max 3betting Q975ss against UTG open and coldcalling ~200bb 5bet after that with it), so it's unlikely that shorter stacks would be giving him an edge. I don't know if I'm completely off here, but I have a feeling that fundamental poker math/theory isn't one of Dwan's strongest sides, and it gets more important with shorter stacks.

FWF - which one would you pick?

(a) Durrrr playing badly
(b) Durrrr running bad/jungle running good
(c) Jungle playing well

It's most likely a combo of all 3 with (c) > (b) > (a)

Yeah I see, probably just cutting some slack. Still would gr8 to see jungle needle him about it though. Also FWF i liek how u r jungle's proxy/consigliere.

Actually, there is one straight that cannot be made with T5.
