so restrictions are in order, but since no money is in escrow I can hardly imagine them being annoying for durrrr at all.

Regarding the Durrrr Challenge, I am trying to resolve this with Durrrr privately and mediators of the challenge. Obviously now it seems we should create specific rules for how it is run. I would like to make it clear that I have been willing to play for the entirety of August. Will see if I can get something definitive soon...

what is the point of doing a challenge if one's can just run away indefinitely whereas the sole purpose of a challenge is avoiding hit and run situation ?

Imo the Money has to be escrowed(his especially), as simple as that.And 1k hands/week minimum unless both decide otherwise and its like no hands 1week and 2k hands other week.
And then escrowed Money serves as a Pool...1% of the starting Money/week,so 15k/week if Dwan aint playing and 5k if you arent.
Should be escrowed to somebody who is reachable,doesnt need the Money and is reliable, so I would say Ike Haxton.
Yes,its probably not the smartest thing since winner should get it anyway and its not really a Penalty, but Ive got the feeling that the Escrow is were Pressure could be applied to and where the Problem lies within...I mean how can you make demands if there is no Money to be withheld?
Its like I agree to play you HU for rollz and make a big interview and play you once and then I just dont show up anymore.

do me a favor and try to gain something substantial such as a signed contract, a person who holds the 2m in escrow and/or consequences that hurt durrrrs reputation significantly, because I can not watch you getting scammed like this any longer.

Thomas, if there is a serious issue that prevents you from finishing (or continuing even) this super-hyped display of machoism-from-the-past, Im sure the community would more than appreciate a bit more " transparency" moving forward. JM has been more than accomodating IMHO.
