Anyone who wants a refund just a question would you accept comps that don't expire. If you were in for two bullets 1120 in comps for food hotel gift shops etc idk slot play too. Could be a possible middle ground for borgata not taking a huge hit because money stays in the casino players wouldn't have to pay for stuff next few visits they go.

I thought Borgata wasn't allowed to refund buy-ins in the case a tournament is cancelled by the NJDGE?

Maybe i mis-read and they must issue refunds?

Or maybe I'm just on crack and it's a grey area in between both..

keep waiting for Borgata to release their spring open schedule. anyone think there is a chance they will dump their traditional $560 buy in 2 million guarantee? either way I'm sure they would like a DGE ruling before getting on to the next series

Played day 1b been following this for a while and I will NOT go back to Borgata unless they refund all buyins. Whether I was cheated or not I don't know, but on principle I won't ever return to Borgata again unless they make an effort to make it right to the players who played this tourney. On a side not I thought I had a big stack at 300/600 in the tourney with 100k, when some kid got moved to my table with about 270k and I couldn't imagine how he had so many chips. It wasn't Lusardi, but it just didn't seem quite right at that stage of the tourney. Who knows...
