Any updates on SNG leaderboard? Also, can you confirm that the Hero 30k+30k bonus actually expires after 3 months? There is no expiry date when checking out the bonus in my player admin. Thanks

does anyone else having problems with loading sng sometimes ill reg and it wont even bring up my table and it takes 5 clicks to reg, seems like the software cant handle mutli tabling

Tourney Requests:

Please put the 8:30pm est $2 r/a tourney on synchronized breaks with the others at 55 minutes of the hour. When we have more than 1 tourney going it is real annoying you have to choose which tourney to lose money in take a food break or other.

The tourneys payouts are top heavy in the top two spots, it should be more spread out among the top 4 spots. Please do not flatten it out anymore than that.

Please add more low limit($5 freeze outs and another $2 rebuy/addon and a $4 rebuy/addon) full-ring tournaments in the evening US time. I like to multi-table but there are very few low limit tourneys to choose from. It would be great to have them in the 8pm -11pm est timeframe.

There seems to be enough traffic to support at least 2-3 no limit (non bounty) full-ring tourneys each hour during the evenings. Would love to see a $4 rebuy in the evening and another $3 rebuy around 11-12 eastern.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but do you guys have lots of problems with the software freezing? It seems to happen like twice a week to me where in mid-session I am forced to sit out at all my tables because it times out and the only way to fix it is to close the software and open it up again. I've probably lost like $100+ just by being forced to sit out in big hands. Is this a Merge thing, a Hero poker thing, or could it just be my computer? FWIW I usually have Firefox open while I play and play 10 tables.

I have been checking in, but I've been in constant transit for the last 3 weeks and am gong to pull an all nighter to catch up and post the Aug summary with updates etc. Finally in a hotel with decent internet.

yeah its happened to me a few times i think its hero software hopefully dave can explain this issue

but there was an update,
so you may need to update your client;
so just restart it;
if not then just re-install it and it should update automatically.

Happens to me all the time, as well as many many others. It's a problem across Merge, I've personally experienced it on Hero, RPM, Carbon, and Lock. I've never seen a rep comment on it, I can only hope they will fix it with their mythical "big software upgrade", because it ABSOLUTELY is a problem with them, not us. Happens to people with all versions of Windows, all manners of machines, can't recall anyone with Macs specifically saying anything.
This is a major issue, there's REAL money involved! It happens way too often to too many people to just sit there unresolved. I'm going to make it a point to mention this more often, because it's ridiculous that it's still happening, the big guys at Merge HAVE to be aware.

BTW this isnt directed at you, Dave. I know you're not responsible for the software, but I have more faith in you acknowledging this and possibly even making it an issue with the Merge bigwigs. Losing money because of software glitches is not fun, and makes me want to move to another network.

Btw, it may just be my imagination or coincidence, but it seems like restarting your computer frequently seems to help reduce the number of crashes. I actually restart every break or two now, and it doesnt happen as often as it used to, but it still happens occasionally. Maybe twice in a 6-8 hour session. Before it would basically be every couple hours, or at times multiple times within an hour until I eventually restarted. I'm no computer genius, but my guess is some kind of memory leak, which has been mentioned by others as a possibility.

Hero Poker stopped taking new U.S. real money accounts on May 25 and will not be taking anymore in the future.

Ive been 6-12 tabling on merge for 3 months and never once experienced this. So its not across the board

In the future I'd like to see instead of being awarded a tournament entry coupon, you are awarded a tournament dollar amount (T$) that simply goes towards a tournament dollar balance, "just like Stars did it." As a player playing small to mid stakes, there's no way I am ever playing a 30 cent or 60 cent tourney, and when I play satellites that award $109 and $215 tourneys, I just want the T$. It's a hassle to have to email somebody to restructure your tourney coupons. The way Stars did it is is very simplified and just makes sense.

Hi sorry for missing that;
It should expire on the 15th of this month, if not, it outstanding bonuses will be manually expired at that time.
