You are probably trying to register before the appointed time.

Players,
Where is the "Sunday 100,000 Guaranteed Freezeout" located? Not the freeroll to get there, but the actual tourney. I would like to look-in, but can't seem to find it.

Make sure that your filter is not on. It will be near the top of the list (In Progress).

Thanks, HB, I found it with your help. Hmm! Seems like it should be a bit easier to find, though. Perhaps just an issue for me. LOL!

I heard that hero will waive the $15 fee for check withdrawals, twice a month, as long as the withdrawal amount is over $300.00. Is this true? and if so, how do i go about making the withdrawal, and getting the fee waived? thanks in advance

So after 24 hours of not playing I logged on and noticed my account balance wasn't correct. After a little research I randomly just got jacked for 35 bucks.

I checked my ledger in player admin and it says " Balance Adjustment " and " Negative $35.00 balance adjustment "

What is this tomfoolery about?

Got no email explanation or anything.

There should have been more of description in the ledger,
but when the VIP system was upgraded,
it double issued level up bonus,
so most people got an extra Barbarian instant cash bonus and play through,
others got an extra centurion,
as we were going through the VIP system, this was noted
and the corrections are happening now.
But because it was our error, I've told the adjustment staff to:
1. only withdraw the instant cash bonus, leaving the play through bonus intact
2. no one's balance can be negative

So it is being done now, the adjustment description should be in the ledger,
but I'll get emails sent out to all the players who have had adjustments done.

It's our error, but we've left the play through bonuses earned in the accounts as an apology for the inconvenience of the correction.

Best,
David

Hilarious! I just emailed Dave about this. I think mine might be related to 2 level up bonuses when there should probably be just one. Look at your "bonus exchange" page. Do you have 2 "playthrough" bonuses there?

Oh I see. Yea I remember getting something weird like a random extra bonus. Wasn't really worried about the money, just thought it was weird that there was no explanation.

But as always, you're on top of things instantly. Thanks for the explanation

Also I've randomly got two tournament tickets over level 100. I stopped getting them whenever the system switched, but since there I got one for quarterly quickly for .30 cents at level 120 something & recently got a $2.16 double up entry at level 126.

Are these also glitches in the matrix?

These are also glitches in the matrix and I'm trying to plug the holes here, but since there are x number of versions of our VIP system and it is a bit complex, whenever there is a update or a rewind, these things are occurring.

We won't be canceling these extra tournament tickets, and hopefully by today we'll have have a handle on the situation, but apologies and an email has been sent out from marketing@heropoker.com

Cheers,
Dave

Just to clarify:
Usually 2 bonuses were issued: 1 instant cash, & 1 bonus which was a play through bonus, meaning that as you played, it released it's bonus. Only the instant cash bonus was corrected and if the play through bonus was completed or still active, there was no correction done there.

Also, there are now tournament tickets (should have stopped by now) being issued as the VIP system is being fixed and starting at an earlier issue. These will not be corrected.

Best,
Dave

so unless i'm missing something, there's a $2.5k cashout limit per withdrawal, and each cashout takes like 1mo.+?? does this mean there's no way to cashout out larger amounts on a regular basis?

Unfortunately that pretty much sums it up the general situation.

do we get like 1 free check per month or something? this $15 charge is totally ridiculous. i can see it if people are cashing out multiple a week but i'll be very disappointed if we don't get any free

Hi, this is our official policy for the site:

Your player account will be credited a $15 fee for a check withdrawal which is $300 or over for up-to 6 times a calendar year. Please email rewards@heropoker.com after the check has been approved (must be approved, pending approval isn't enough. This is to prevent fraud by check cancellation).

Thanks,
David

Ok I went to register for one of the "quickie" tournaments which I have many coupons for and it only gives me the option to pay with cash. How do I do this?

You might be correct, but check the exact wording of the tourney. Some are close in name, but not the same.
12-12-2011 , 09:43 PM
The one labeled "The Fast Fifty" for whatever reason doesn't have the coupon drop down menu. But the other ones all labeled 'Fast Fifty Freezeout" allow the use of the coupon. The annoying thing is the one that doesn't take coupon is probably the best time of day for most recreational players to have a chance to play.

yes the other ones are like midnight and 8am. crappy times

You probably know, but you can cash those in for money if you want. You do lose the rake, though.

Is there anyway to change the font in the notes section? I find it hard to read when I'm tiling 6+ tables.
