Basically, aside from getting massive food poisoning (admitted to hospital for 5 hours on a IV drip and taking a week to recover), having nearly no internet access for close to week due to travel and bad housing arrangements and having an attack on our server host - which overworks our own server, crashing and actually causing some physical HD damage which over 5 days of diagnostics still hasn't' been resolved because the UK hosting company doesn't want to take responsibility for the downtime and literally is triple checking for confirmation because they don't want the liability, coupled with the fact that this all couldn't have come at a worst time;

1. we've transferred all our emails to another host, so the emails shouldn't be bouncing now, but any email sent within the last 5 days will have likely not made it through.

2. we will likely transfer our site to an entirely new host; this is not a simple task, it does take a few days for the transition to happen, but we're not there yet, likely within the next 24 hours we'll know which way we are moving.

3. we are on track to have our players participate in most of poker Maximus 3.

4. I'm in a foreign country with really spotty internet, or at least the place where I'm at, in this last week, I also managed to drop my phone which disabled the mobile internet function. It is one of those weeks which I just want to be over, so I hope for monday things will get resolved this week.

Trying to log onto Hero, getting 'Connection Error' during Installation Update. Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks, BooBoo. Since you were able to connect, I disconnected and reconnected to my WiFi and it seemed to clear things up. Appreciate the quick reply.

Question for American players who have received cashout via check. What country was the check from? Curious if I'd have any problem depositing it.

I still can't see my active bonuses I got from the Chosen Ones and such. Is this still a bug everyone has? I would like to move the new ones to the top to clear but I only have a blank screen.

i should have about $60 in freeroll winnings to clear but i have a blank screen also.

I wonder if we re-download the client that it might get fixed. Or maybe everyone has the same problem? Who knows. I have all these 25X ones up top and I'd like to move the 1X ones to the top, but can't because of this bug.

So if it's working for anyone else let us know so we don't go through the trouble of re-downloading the client for no reason.

I emailed support about this. They want a screenshot of the issue, but I'm not at my computer right now. It sounds like a bug in the software. The bonuses appear to still be active, they just aren't showing up.

Yeah, must be a bug for everyone. I re-downloaded the client and it's the same thing. Just a blank screen where the bonuses are supposed to show up.

Dave, think you can lower the entrants requirments for daily CO. Has gotten cancelled 3 times in last week.

Got this reply from CS last night:

"This issue have been already reported to our technical department and it should be fixed very soon. If after 48 hours this issues persists, please contact us back and we will be more than glad to assist you."
