About the VIP point exchange, yes, it was something that wasn't communicated to me clearly until after it occurred but RB players cannot currently redeem those VIP points, Tyson thanks for stepping in; I've been at the APPT Melbourne on the ground there. But sorry for the late replies as well.

I can't get any tables to load. Anyone else currently having an issue? I registered for a 10.8 dbl up, and was blinded off. Afterwards, I tried to load some cash tables. Same problem. Looks like a table is coming, but it remains a black box with "loading...." in the center.

My pending withdraw says check/gift card. I looked through the thread, but couldn't get much info on what this means, or what the gift card actually is for or from? Are you choosing which to get? Do they just randomly choose to send me a check, or this gift card? Is the gift card option a faster alternative to a check?

hi david j. i made an account on hero a couple weeks after bf and deposited some cash without any problems to play the 100k gtd but busted w/o cashin.

2 weeks later i try a new skin on the merge network (rpm) to deposit some cash and said ny players are no longer allowed to play/deposit real $$ on all the merge network. which included all the skins.

so my question to you is.

as an existing member of hero poker , am i still given an opportunity to play on your site/deposit $$ on hero poker because ive deposited in the past before you guys restricted players from ny.

so tried to withdrawl and it said i needed id and utilty bill so i sent but it was denied cause it wasnt clear or something so they put the money back into account is it goign to take another 4-6 weeks again after i get docs done

Are you serious? That is just totally unacceptable imo. If we send the info requested at least give the players a heads up if the verification is ok, or needs more attention. This needs to be fixed. Maybe an icon in the cashier showing your verification status.

I'm a big fan of these super turbo's whether it be sng's or mtt format, but I noticed that the $1rebuy super turbo has a much different structure than the $3.3rebuy super turbo. It appears that players are given the option to late register and rebuy AFTER the break/add-on period...????? Is there any way this can be changed? It's very unfair to the short stacks because when your on the money bubble, say 1-3 players away from min. cashing all of the sudden there's another 10 players that just registered. Please fix this asap.

I withdrew for first time on HERO on 7-25, and it is still pending approval. Tried to withdraw again on 7-31 and it gave me this message:

Withdrawal Unsuccessful
Your Check / Gift Card withdrawal could not be submitted. You have reached the maximum allowed number of pending withdrawals.

So my questions are how long to get approval? Once 1st cashout isn't pending can I cashout again? How many cashouts can I have processing? How many cashouts are you allowed per week/month/year?

Just trying to establish a routine where I am able to get my funds consistently(weekly or biweekly), because waiting 8 weeks for one cashout then having to wait 8 weeks for the next would just be lame.
