It's still silly that Thunder Valley can get 10 $3/$6 games going along with a single $4/$8 but nothing higher, Even though they could probably get a decent $15/$30 going or something. Capitol's $8/$16 is the only good limit game in Sac and has been dying from their new omaha game. Peppermill gets $20/$40 going regularly Thu-Sun.

First of all I'm pretty sure they've never had anything close to 10 limit games, and second of all the reason why they only spread those limits is because that's what their limit players want to play! Those people just want to dick around with $50 and try to hit the jackpot, they aren't grinders trying to make a living and the few that do grind are playing just cuz they're scared of getting stacked in a NL game.

I've played a ridic amount of hours there and have never seen more than 5 names on a list for a limit game above 4/8. If the market was there, the game would run. It just isn't there.

Im thinking about heading to reno in a couple of weeks and was wondering which casinos offer the best $1/$2 nlhe and omaha 8 games. Also if they run during the day or just at nights. Ill be going on a weekend. Thanks!

Peppermill is one of the nicest rooms I've ever played in. Love the soda machines and free soup in the room.

General consensus on Reno seems to be Peppermill except during Pot of Gold, then GSR. I also found good action 1/2 games at the El Do downtown.

Does anyone play in the $5/10 game on Tuesdays at Casino Royale?

I was at Cap last night. The $2/5 game was juicy until the big donator lost $4k and quit. Then the game broke.

Mostly regs, 1-2 new faces every week.

2 games by 5, down to 1 by midnight, break time depends on the action, if a live one or two is still standing, the vultures will still circle.

Not on their website yet but should be in Ante up magazine ads. Series should be starting just as All In Card player series at the Atlantis is finishing up. Non stop tournament poker for NOR CAL. Gotta Love it!
