Baggage services is free. But it's polite to tip. $1 on way in and way out is enough for your bag.

Is it just me and my bad timing or does it seem like there are never any Bluff or Cardplayer magazines out anymore??? Can not find a one in the room tonight.

Please do not make me get a subscription...

I think you just need to get there when the new issues come in. You could also try the Harrah's poker room....they frequently have a lot of magazines.

With respect to the bags at the tables thing, one time I was harassed by security to the point where the guard told me that I either had to check the bag (it was a normal-sized school-type backpack/bookbag) or pick up and leave the casino.

Needless to say, I was shocked. I had played with my bookbag at my side (well, literally under the table/seat at my feet) at Caesars, Harrah's, and Taj, so I thought nothing of bringing the bag into the room. But apparently that day with that particular guard on duty @ Borgata, bookbags were not allowed in the room. YMMV.

As someone else mentioned above, I simply went to bell services and checked my bag there for the duration of my play at the casino. I'd suggest doing that unless you feel that you need to have the bag with you at the table.

How many runners did the 7pm get tonight? How many chips do the $200+30's start with, and how long are levels? Planning on playing it tomorrow night....

I'm surprised, since I always have one with me. Use it to carry cans of soda, mostly, but some other stuff as well. Hang it over the back of the chair. No one has ever said anything to me about having it.

I have never had a problem at The Borgata or anywhere else with having a bag.

Doubt the O8 pcg will go today as the Omaha 8/b event is going on. If it wasn't on a wkd I'd play it (kids).

Maybe the summer open.

Luv to hear a report on how the omaha event goes.

Really? You tip both times? Always wondered about that. My wife tips both ways but I tip (usually $2-$3) on pickup. What about valet parking? Tip both ways?

Anyone know what the norm is?
