I wouldn't think being out on the floor would be popular with the players, but it boosts the visibility of poker and the Open.

Ugh the Rio does this when they host a circuit event. It sucks. Loud and no walls or anything. Probably going to skip it and go to Parx. Such a waste.

Scrolled down on the twitter and saw it’s right on the casino floor. That’s interesting. Now sure if I like it.

I would bet the oe is gonna be in the Poker room though for the shuffler reason I mentioned earlier.

It sounds like it'll just be a short term fix. They needed to put the tournament in these areas for this series. The middle area will become the sports book after the events. Tournaments will be back upstairs for the next series, supposedly.

Just got back. Played the OE tourney. Not bad in that tourney area but if you are near the walkways a little noisy. Have to say though the dealers were awful. I mean I know you may rarely deal that game but do the basics and work on it. This one dealer just kept making the same mistakes.

I know but I got the same woman from the O8 tourney back in April and she made no attempt to do anything right. Let players read hands etc. I mean make an attempt for petes sake. Just kept reciting "I never deal this game"

One benefit to Platinum card is a 'complimentary' cruise.

Has anyone used this benefit?

Is it good value? Or do they stick you with all sorts of fees and charges and restrictions that add up to not much of a benefit at all?
