Fifty50 support please.

It's getting old manually correcting each result after a set. it properly updates from the tourney summaries for those that finish > 20%, but ignores the others. it's like it would work but has been told not to lol.

And I'd love a working EV redline for these games

Sorry about the quadruple posting - I wasn't quite that upset, but the forum had some hiccup/unavailable issue and when I got back in it was too late to edit/delete (that's my story and I'm sticking with it).

I never knew you could do that. Is this 'theme' in the poker client itself or in HEM? (I use FT, UB and PS) Are they all editable and if I install an update wont it just put the old one back and overwrite my notes?

To simplify things for 95%+ of our customers. If you want to install postgresql to a different drive simply uninstall the version from our combo installer and reinstall the latest 8.4.x or 9.x version.

If you want to install the exact same version as what comes with our combo installer:

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) run the command - start > programs > accessories > command prompt > right-click > run as administrator
net user postgres /delete
4) reboot.
5) Install PostgreSQL 8.4.1.1 from this link - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ql_8.4.1.1.exe

The only limitation of the trial version is the 15 day limit. If you need an extended trial for another 15 or 30 days email your details/questions to [email protected].

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Please make sure you have installed the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe and go to Filter > Clear and then Filter > Use for all. Also try enabling the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > [x] Auto apply filter changes to all tabs

hud options > site options > full tilt > disable all checkboxes

options > configure auto import folders > auto-detect > ok

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...+-+Backup+Tips

If that doesn't help send me some screen shots of each DB and zip the hand history sample. Please www.7-zip.org the hands and email them to me at [email protected], with a link to this thread and your forum name.
As far as OS XP, and Comodo antivirus and firewall. I did everything except trying a new DB. Right now my HEM is going crazy. It keeps "processing" files. "1 of 5 large files have been processed, and it's running like that constantly.

I'm gonna have to call bs on that one

Having a box where those 95% can click 'next' while the other 5% get to change the path, is not going to complicate anything, even to the most computer illiterate (well, maybe to the most extreme ones, but they wouldn't have gotten to that point anyway).

Combine that with the fact that we are still, years later, waiting for an update installer that does something so basic as recognize where HM is installed without the user having to change the path every time and I'm not that confident that the lack of options and functionality in the HM-installers are done with the best interest of the customer in mind

Btw, I did uninstall it and re-install 9.0, but I had to spend quite a while googling about for a fix since it would not let me install 9.0 without specifying the password for the 'postgres' user that the HM-installer set up. I don't know what it was, but I tried both 'postgrespass' and 'dbpass' repeatedly, so it was not any of those.

On the plus side, I did learn a neat new 'net' command for changing user passwords

hi

my HUD has stopped working when i reached the final table of a MTT. The tbale manager shows the table still but says 0/9 players (short)

I presume it means its not finding the HH for some reason? but there was no problem before the FT.

Is there an M filter in the tournament report similar to blinds. If not I'd surely be interested in seeing it in a future release

Also I sent an email to merge my Holdem and Omaha Manager serial # but it hasnt been replied to in 2 days. I am able to look at them seperately but can't figure out how to merge them on my own and cant search this thread well with Omaha in the title

nevermind. figured out there was an 8 megabyte file in the handhistory folder it was trying to process for hours. moving it simply fixed the issue after hours of it constantly running.

Is there a way to filter all my rush tournaments in HEM like i can do this for cash games? Also, is there a way i can combine stakes in tournaments when i filter, (for example filter all $12 and $48 tournaments with minimum of 27 and maximum 180 players) in one report/graph?

Are there plans for a HEM update that supports RUSH (ie. ablility to filter RUSH hands for cash and tournys under "Reports")?

Cash games Rush is supported. Just go to reports and click filters on the top right and from there you can choose the rush stakes you want to filter.

Asked about rush tournaments one post above yours.

A friend of me just bought HEM and the HUD doesnt seem to pop up when he's playing tournaments or SNG's on Fulltilt (haven't tried other rooms).
It does work with cashgames and all the settings seem to be fine for tournaments and SNG's also (i use HEM myself and im pretty sure everything is setup like mine is, wich does work).
It does recognize tables and it also imports hands, but the HUD just doesnt seem to pop onto the table.

Wait until they sort it out and try again

I am surprised you dont have HUD related problems caused by Comodo Internet Security. That is one of them that get's insta uninstalled if I do a remote support for anyone with HUD problems.

I believe that argument was used when the dev's and mgm't planned the combo installer. FWIW: I was on your side of the argument at the time.

Thx for the link. I usually just delete the postgres user when reinstalling to get around that issue.

What sites do you play? Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the '\hem data' folder. Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread, to [email protected]

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

If you PM me your details I can try to find out what happened to your email. otherwise, please email your details/questions to [email protected]. They can combine the codes and give you the steps to register the new code.

I am not sure what you mean. The Tourney > Reports > Filter > Edit will allow you to filter hands the same as the cash game reports.

The filtering on the Results tab is much more limited than the Reports tab. The only filters available are the ones you see on the left filter sidebar.

I don't know if there are plans yet for a Rush filter on the Tourneys tab. Feel free to post it on our suggestions forum.

If it works in cash games but not tourneys, it is likely the poker client language causing the problem.

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...esn't+Work

*Post the answers in a new thread on the HM Forums - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/index.php

Unfortunately it does not. It only has NL,PL,FL and sorting by tables and speed

the cash version of this lets you filter for example rush $0.5/1 from regular $0.5/1

there is no way i can find to separate a $26 tourney from $26 rush tourney, although i can separate $26 tourney from $26 Turbo tourney, if this makes sense... (i'm not entirely convinced the turbo/non turbo separation is all that accurate tbh.)
