No, not yet. It is planned for our next HM1 update but we don't have an ETA for the next HM1 update yet as we are on a tight deadline for some important HM2 updates.

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but HEM1 is way off for rake on Everleaf.

I'm playing on Minted Poker, and noticed that my rake paid is significantly different from actual rake paid provided by my affiliate.

December, HEM was ~25% lower than actual rake
January, HEM is ~19% lower than actual rake

I'm using US Dollars for both, and my currency conversion rate is updated

Have been reporting bugs for HM2 since first days of public beta, end of July i believe, and TODAY i still can't use HM2 HUD at Microgaming.


Something like this:

- Public beta

- Opened 15 threads on HM forum reporting bugs

- 30 days trial period after going on sale

- One teamviewer session with ubrky (sorry, can't get your username/name right)

- 15 days i didn't touch it

- Another 30 days free trial that i ask support in this thread to see if the bugs were fixed. One was.

- Was actually disabled 19 days later.

- Another teamviewer session

- Finally, today, 30 days after the second trial is over i still can't use the HUD.



Could support fix the bug #3763 please?

I am sorry for the problems. I talked to udbrky about this and reviewed the bug you mention. It looks like it has been (attempted to be) fixed a few times and keeps getting kicked back to the developers because the fix was never complete because they were trying to fix it with parsing changes but it is actually related to the HUD. It looks like we have narrowed it down finally and it has been pushed to top priority to be fixed asap. I don't think it will be in the next update we are planning for this week but I would expect it to be in the following update.

I am going to PM you after this post so I can confirm your account details and issue you a much longer extended trial instead of only 30 days, which is something we should have done sooner.

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved as it was considered low-priority, but the internal email I sent regarding this will hopefully cause it's priority to be increased.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is 2622.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When 2622Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

My HEM2 does not work right now. No idea why.

Upon opening the program every single time it crashes almost immediately. I am unable to play and need help urgently.

Already sent a Error Report in.

Two quick things..

1)Ive read on another site that the EV calculator on HEM2 for SNG's isn't correct. Is this true? And will it be fixed up soon?

2) How long do you think it will be before Sit N Go Wizard is available for HEM2??

couple questions

ive not played on stars in a while, tried to play today but nothing importing and no hud for HEM1

next question is, are you planning on cutting HEM1 all together at any point or will we be able to use it instead of upgrading to HEM2?

There are some issues with specific sites/games that we are actively working on and hope to have fixed soon. Without any more details as to what sites/games you play I would need to ask you to send me some sample hand histories with a detailed description of the discrepancies you see and/or expected results.

This is because of the recent pokerstars update. You need to manually update HM1 to fix this.

Please update to the latest version 1.12.09 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

You will also have to activate/register the software again because of a licensing bug that we fixed in 1.12.08.

If you have problems activating the software:

We will continue to support the HM1 parser and table scanner and will also address critical bugs in HM1. This will be ongoing for an extended period of time but we have not yet established a firm date.

Hey, got one quick question.

I used HEM (older version, not the new one) on Party and Full Tilt and had no problems importing hands, however, I'm trying to set up on Pokerstars and having a few problems.
HEM has found the folder where the HH are kept and imports them fine, however, there is no reference to any of the hands tracked on the software itself. By this I mean there is no reference to any Pokerstars hand/players/tournament in my database despite it seeming to import fine.

I'm sure its really obvious and I'm just a idiot, but any help is appreciated.

No worries, I didn't mean it to be rude. I only wanted to show that you can often find the answer instead of having to wait for a reply from us. Most people don't have time to skim or search the thread and are only interested in a quick fix for their issue, and that is perfectly fine. If you do have the time for a quick reading of the recent posts, or to use the search function, you will often find we already replied to others that had similar problems and might be able to get your problem fixed quicker.

Is it possible to delete all hands from 2011 and backwards in HM. I use spadeeye for tableselection and Ive played a lot of HU earlier, but havent played for about 8 month, so it would be nice to get all the old stuff out off the db.

Ive been playing about a week now, so just making a new DB doens do the trick, since I would like to still have the updated stuff.

Can this be done, and how?

I can't get the HM.com Website Login thing to work (so I can't sync, etc.). It says:

Error: Value Cannot be null.
Parameter name: limit

I installed HM2 on this computer yesterday, and everything worked fine (including syncing) until this morning.

Is this for HM1?

There are two types of purges (delete)

-options--> settings--> purge hands (will delete handhistory, hand from graph, $Won from sessions, etc. everything, so hand won't be used anymore for stats)
-options--> settings--> observed HH configuration--> purge hands--> will delete the handhistory and therefore the ability to replay the hand, but the hand will still be used for the graph, $Won from sessions and for the HUD.

If you're deleting a lot of hands, it's usually best to just create a new empty database. Then you can import the necessary/recent hands from your archive. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

This is a known issue we just documented the other day for the developers to fix. It happens if you sync, play a session, and try to sync again. If you restart HM2 after your session and try to sync you should be able to get around this error.

We are trying to get it fixed for our next release but I can't yet confirm if it will make it into the next release, or the following release, at this point.

HM2 -> Filters -> Filter by Turn actions -> Select multiple actions....... is broken.

I actually really like the new features of HM2 but it's frustrating when HM2 has bugs with simple features that HM1 had right. This sort of stuff is really easy to test before release.

One more thing. How do we know the stats in HM2 are calculated correctly, especially the ones that are more unusual? Exactly what process do you use to "test" or "verify" that new stats are correct before we find out the hard way that there is a prob with the code............ This is really important, please clarify.
