This is my hud settings, why does it always open default hud when I told it to always open this one?

It looks to me like it should work.

Try setting it manually by following these steps:
- open 1 table that you normally play
- wait for the HUD to show and click the 'Settings' HUD menu
- choose the 'edge' HUD from the drop-down list in the middle of the menu
- click the 'use for similar tables' button to assign that HUD to that table type

is hem1 not importing from deep tables?!?

i just played one hand on a deep.. hit refresh, and nothing came up.. even after sitting out. nothing.

has this been doing this for a while?? is there a newer update i need?

also, is there a way you can filter for just deep tables in the reports tab?

I'm not sure about the filtering, when the hands are imported you need to check whether they have their own limit in the reports or you can use a BB filter.

HM2 problem with ingame history hands (last 3hands on table so i can mark hands properly)
it wont show properly like HM1 ... ive put "last hand winners"=2 and pots>10BBs but on some table it wont show nothing, on some table it wont show the right hands ...

is there a bug with it? is there something ivent been aware of to config it correctly ?

The 'pots > X BBs [ ]' is for color coding pots greater than than BB value you set. So you can click the white box and use the color picker to make pots > 50 BBs = red text.

If you use custom HUD configs make sure you select the proper HUD from the drop-down preview menu in the upper left corner before set the 'last hand winners' amount.


Which site are you playing on? We had one customer that was having problems on Prima Anon tables and we thing we have fixed this for the next release.

HM1 bugs that don't affect in-game play or results (vs expected results) are very low priority because of all the HM2 issues we are currently working on. I believe this issue is resolved in HM2 already so you might want to give HM2 a try. If your trial previously expired you can PM me your email address for your account on our site and I can issue you an extended trial so you can test it for yourself in HM2.

I just found a sample of 3 HH/TS files for 4man stars HU SNGs and tested them in HM1 and HM2. The EV amounts are definitely different so I am guessing that HM1 is wrong and HM2 is correct since HM2 bugs get the most attention. If you have some specific examples of incorrect EV calculations in HM1 (or HM2 after I give you an extended trial) you can send them to us via email and I can forward them to our testers that are more familiar with the EV calculations.

Hi There

Just installed the trial version of HM2. I am using 888 Poker. The HUD does not line up the players statistics correctly. I have set the seating options in 888 and HM2 and still the same. I have done the reset panel options for displayed statistics and it is the same.

If they are completely rotated out of position click the 'Settings' menu on the table and use the Arrows (<< >>) to rotate the HUDs where they belong and then click the 'Set Seat' button.

Not a bug, but a request. The recent major update has made the graph in the current session summary tab smaller and less readable. There seems to be a lot of wasted space around the graph itself. Seems like making the graph space taller would make the graph more readable, and get rid of the wasted space.

It seems to still be having import issues into any DB I create.

is there a correct vpp/hand stat for HEM1? (and if so, where can i find it)

and if i reimport old hands into a new database, would it give the correct vpp/hand or the old one?

Is the VPIP/PFR grid broken for Merge SNGs in HM1? I am getting all 100/100 stats for most every player.

If you installed HM1 originally to a custom path the patch won't be able to find the custom path so make sure you browse during the update and pick the same path as your 'shortcut to holdem manager' right-click > properties > start in: path.

The Reports > Stat Selection > + > Misc Stats > 'New Stars VPP Points Per Hand' should be accurate, AFAIK, but you will need to import your hands to a new database to be sure.

*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

my hm1 doesnt work properly with zoom tables
on my old computer with win xp it worked perfect
i bought new computer with windows 7 and now hud is delayed
it shows stats for players from previous hands
it also shows hud for hero - on my old computer it didnt
i have all updates installed

Can anyone help
