yeah, i think a few people have mentioned that, or something along those lines. and if we didn't get the Jesse = fly thing, they really kicked us in the side of the head with it in the scene where Jesse starts running around with the respirator on his head, where he actually comes to resemble a fly (as someone mentioned previously).

but i wouldn't be surprised if there are double or triple meanings to some of these things, this show seems pretty smart and layered like that, or at least open to that kind of interpretation.

Fly better on rewatch.

Still don't know how jesse can drive to lab everyday without bringing heat from authorities. He is at least a person of interest regarding Hank.

Jesse's soul ownage of his parents was so great.

As was the pizza moment, I'm ordering pizza tonight.

I know what you mean, man. Thinking, art, that **** is rough. They should really scrap it all and just have a voiceover explaining everything that happens. Also, more explosions.

Liked fly, didn't like NCOM. I watched it very tired though, maybe it's time for a re-watch.

Dexter is a pretty good example of a TV show that people love and has absolutely no subtlety in scripts or acting or directing. Tilts me.

You compare when Walt found out Skyler was going into labor and he had the 40 pounds of meth to some dumb scene where Dexter and his ghost dad are talking about whether he should go pick up Aster and Cody or murder this evil person that might get away. Like comparing delicious apples and moldy oranges.

i agree to a point. BB is a better written/directed/acted show over all. But Michael C. Hall makes up for a lot of Dexter's shortcomings by being so amazingly believable as a serial killer.

I would say he and Masuka are pretty much the only regular characters that don't make me hate the fact that I'm watching the show.

Michael C. Hall is very good, but I am not sure believable is the word you want to use there. [/nit]

Dexter is mindless goofynoirish fun

Dexter is not really my cup of tea, mostly b/c I don't like pieces of **** in my tea.
