Should we set a minimum time period for an owner to reclaim a previously dropped player? Like a week or two?
I was going to post about this too as I was contemplating what to do. IMO you should have an equal shot, but maybe the player needs to be dropped with enough notice, say 24 hours.

Yeah I was thinking about something like that too. Just that the player can't be bid on by the dropping team if he was just dropped the same Sunday. Or no team can bid on a player dropped the same Sunday.

Willing to move Chisenhall: Destroyer of Worlds (1B/3B, 1st yr) for a slugging outfielder with at least a 3.5 year contract.

Joe Mauer (C/1B, no cap hit) is also available for a modest non-CI piece.

I've updated the rule book to reflect changes we approved over the offseason.

Updated version can be viewed here. Google Docs doesn't let you carry over tracked changes from Word, so I highlighted sections where updates were made.

Old version can be viewed here for comparison.

Masterson is available for any draft pick, if you'd like to bet on him returning to his usual 180K self.

Isn't Tanner Roark a rookie?

No, he had 53.2 IP in 2013.

The greatness that is Tanner Roark is all mine. I guess I could move him for a 2nd rounder though.

Is it really only 50ip?

Yes, always has been. I quoted that line direct from the rule book.

Ugh, still no check from Muckface. PM'ed him yesterday morning and got no reply. I checked and he was on 2p2 last night so I imagine he has seen the message.

My vote is its time to move on.

Exit has agreed to cover his buy in. We would be looking for someone to pay for next year and they will get the team immediately.

My vote is to give him some more time. At least he stays active, that is more important to me than a manager who goes months without editing his lineup. (Karak)

lol? that's a different issue for a different time. ill probably be looking to sell my team in the next year. im not sure yet. it's been a pretty rough year. of course, comparing that to welching on a league and breaking repeated promises to pay is absolutely ridiculous. ill gladly pay my last place tax because my mind has been distracted elsewhere.

im not sure giving him a 4th chance here is really going to fix anything. i dont think the responsibility should lie entirely on exit, so ill offer to chip in too.

edit - all that said, i do apologize for being inactive. ill do my best to be more active the rest of the year.

Yeah I'd chip in $10 or 1/12 of the $100, whatever. I wouldn't feel right that exit pays all that. Hell I'm not out of the woods on the $50 tax either.

I'll chip in a share too. Exit has done tons for this league for free.
