Salary floor for high-value players dropped onto waivers (details have yet to be finalized, just the general concept was approved).

Annual player salary increase will be bumped up to 10% starting in the 2015 offseason. Rookie pay scale will be the same.

I'm going to integrate the salary increase and auto-promotion stuff into the league rules soon, will post a link to the new rules in the thread.

Pecota gets: PTBNL (Luiz Gohara)

Danvh will keep Gohara on his roster until the offseason, when the player will be shipped to Pecota's farm team.

Are PTBNLs allowed? It kind of defeats the point of limiting the size of farms if it's that easy to get round the rule.

Okay. Giancarlo Stanton. I cream in my pants every time I think about how good he is. But, if someone wants to trade a top-10 prospect (someone of the Baez, Sano, Buxton, Taveras grade) along with a little something extra to make it fun, we'd have a deal. And it would break my damn heart.

He has 10 home runs, by the way.
