My only issue is that its kind of annoying to have to check the spreadsheet for salaries and minor leaguers anytime you want to make a trad or anything. CBS really has all of the features this league needs pre built in.

I run a league similar to this on CBS and would never change despite the fee, its hard to figure out at first (bc its so customizable) but once you iron out the details it practically runs itself.

Just my 2 cents, dont care if we move or not but its certainly easier for the commish(s).

While people are paying attention, we should probably set a deadline for major-league cuts, and decide when we're going to start the auction. Based on very little, I would suggest March 10 and March 12, respectively. We wouldn't want to leave the start of the auction too much later. It can take awhile.

I'm in a different keeper league which uses cbs and its better than espn.it's nice to have the contracts on the site to refer to.

As a player, I find CBS really clunky and user-unfriendly compared to ESPN or Yahoo. I don't find using the spreadsheet a problem but maybe that's just me.

If it was up to me we'd be on CBS because it puts the minor leaguers all in one place. That said I think commishes get final say since changing sites is a hassle for them.

I like CBS a lot better for these kind of leagues

Do countered trades finalize two days after the initial trade or after the most recent counter (and could continue indefinitely)?

If it's after the initial trade, then the trade between me and Muckface is final.

Most recent counter, could continue indefinitely. This was clarified during the Cliff Lee fiasco last year's offseason, all of which was entirely my fault . . .

Why do I have 884 cap space this year? I traded 90 to Fifield, Shouldn't I have 910? I have never traded cash prior to that deal.

That space maybe deducts your rookie obligations?

btw i agree we should get major league cuts ready ASAP and start it the 12th-ish. not being ready for opening day would be a disaster, plus it takes a day or two after we finish the auction to get whatever site we use ready (i'm open to CBS but probably prefer ESPN, doesnt matter really).

So email/PM me major league cuts when you're ready gogogo.

I've gotta run out for a bit, i'm up for two picks after Pecota goes, i'll PM someone my top 3 selections.
