Levarkin sends Jose Altuve, Max Scherzer, and Jake McGee to Alekhine
Alekhine sends Kris Bryant and his 2nd-round pick in the upcoming rookie draft to Levarkin

Levarkin covers this year's salaries for Altuve, Scherzer, and McGee.

If anyone is interested -

1) Roark at $7. I would honestly just give him to anyone interested if you want to take on his $7 salary. Showed he can be a decent ratios guy pitching in a division with some bad offenses. Not a lot of value this year but he's on a good contract.

2) Eaton at $4. I still think there is something there but I'm sorta sick of waiting. Will take whatever I can get.

So, thanks to young Mr. Bryant, Chase Headley is now expendable, and could be a nice piece for someone with aspirations to contend given how tough it is to get a good 3B in this league. another_rack is the obvious fit, but he seems to be tragically deluded about the merits of starting Martin Prado, so his loss is someone else's gain!

Oh, and he'll help you next year too, for muy cheap.

And hell, since I'm apparently punting, Mark Teixeira is crushing it, though he's been so good that I'm not sure he's even a rental at this point.
