We typically have a 48 hour window from the the time a trade is posted before it is enacted. This gives other teams a chance to make counter-offers if they're interested.

In response to when the draft will be,

I'm going to defer to Exit on that one, since he's the one managing the cuts. I think we should get the roster business finished before starting the draft. We'll be drafting soon though, probably no later than this weekend.

we need to start the rookie draft and the slow FA draft very soon... perhaps run them side by side.

how many pending trades are there? we can perhaps shorten the window and grant administrative approval in 24 hours if all agree so we can start the drafts. we are running low on time.

slow FA draft can take 2-4 weeks iirc
