That natty stuff is nonsense. Dude lifts a boatload more weight than steroid lifters who eat double the amount of protein (animal), so all is equal (assuming Clarence tren's it up, too) so roids have nothing to do with anything; they are all on equal ground, no?
I think AAS have such a radical effect on body composition that when coupled with top 0.001% genetics (in the case of Clarence), nutrition almost becomes a non-factor. Clarence is super jacked and strong because 1. genetics, 2. he trains really hard, 3. drugs. His nutrition may crack the top 10.

Glad to see people are trying to out-MLY in her own thread. (And she came pretty strong with mentioning that she couldn't work weekends to go gambling.)

1) lol carb-addicts/sugar-addicts/whatever craziness is spawned from these people
2) lol vegans
3) lol at the suggestion that a vegan diet is healthier than a non-vegan diet, that is just full stop stupidity. For that to be true, literally every single meat based product must have zero or negative nutritional diet at any point in any diet.

This is just asinine. Most of what is being posted is wrong, and the rest is immaterial cause MLY can't even lose weight on a regular basis while morbidly obese. Not sure she is gonna move to a fringe, unhealthy diet for orthorexics.

Lol. Ok since it's easy for you, give me 50-1 odds on $100 and let's make a wager. Free money for you!

Will he even bother to equivocate?

The correct number is 6.4 lbs btw.

I believe this will help me set realistic goals. I wanted to be at 230lbs by the end of Dec, but realistically I can get to 234lbs if I can stick to and avg calorie intake of 1400.

As I suspected, this wasn't exactly the 25-30 days of consecutive sub 1800 days you claimed, either. Delusional memories aside, though, it was a pretty solid month 6 consecutive days of sub 1800 calories is ~2 more than I would have guessed your record to be.

Fri 9/15 log:

There was pizza and donuts in the break room all last week because they were doing training, so I was grabbing some for breakfast a few days.

Definitely need to periscope this.

I think that it may break down on the "easy" part. If he gets a full 24hrs and a vitamix, he could probably do it if he wanted. Although watching him do it in any form is prob worth enough entertainment value that it's +EV to offer it.

El D how much olive oil will you allow?

I was comparing my calories this month to another month with similar calories to see about where I would be with weight loss. My spreadsheet only goes back to November.
I did have a 13lb month, and I wasn't saying it was November. I don't know it anyone kept track of the lbs lost each month in the bet with 27....maybe he has the numbers.

Watching someone drink down several gallons of laxatives and broccoli slurry seems horrendous.

I would rather do almost anything else with my time. And I have enough posts on the internet to demonstrate that I am not overly precious about my time.

I'm just hoping to recoup my investment into the PPV feed.

Yeah, I guess you're right. I do like eating contests, though. But I wouldn't devote a lot of time either.

If he has to do it in one sitting, I'd prob watch it in the background while poasting. If he gets a full 24hrs, I'd definitely watch the highlights. Also while doing other stuff. Would also be watching at 2x at least.

Nope, not broccoli soup/puree/etc.

El D,

The way I interpreted the question on the olive oil is that if he wanted more, would you allow it? It seems like any extra material he has to consume would be +EV for you.
09-16-2017 , 01:29 PM
Melk,

I wouldn't care either way; it would be a win-win for me.
09-16-2017 , 02:06 PM
Would a poach/puree of oil/broccoli be tolerated? I can't imagine what this could do a person other serve as both an enema and lube.
09-16-2017 , 02:13 PM
Would the protein from 11 pounds of consumed broccoli in a day even be fully bioavailable?

If I remember correctly, based on Land O Lakes' own description, his baseline bowel habits are what you would expect from someone on a ****ton of laxatives anyway. Not sure this would even move the needle.

So muscle protein synthesis is largely about genetics and protein is somewhere around #9 on the list? I guess someone should tell all those tren heads with 22" arms who eat 3 pounds of chicken every day that it's not the protein.

Lol, 11 pounds of broccoli in a day? That's easy af. Not worth the inconvenience for a hundo, tho.

Nah, steamed/raw florets, cashew butter, tahini, hummus, IPA's. The challenge would be the chomping, but only if you had to do it in an hour or something. Took me like 30 minutes to eat 4 pounds of firm spaghetti squash.

Yeah, GI not a prob. I did over a year raw.

So if "it's easy af", what's your price? If $100 isn't worth the inconvenience, what is?
09-16-2017 , 05:33 PM
Glad we well into equivocating now

Always enjoy people talking **** and then saying it isn't worth their time. Put up or shut up.

lol,

I'm glad that you clarified it's not just easy for you, it's easy af. That should make taking the free money even more of a no-brainer for you!
