Okay, I'm ready for a fresh start to my diet.
I've now go the house cleeared of anything wwwith sugar and carbs that isn't fruit or vegitables.

The plan is to buy a roasted chicken 2x week and eat chicken, eggs, bacon, sausage, salmon, tuna fish+vegitables and fruit. Sometimes oatmeal and cream of wheat for breakfast.

I got some sardines to try out, if I like them I'll add to the mix.

I would suggest doing something slightly less extreme than your current plan because it's going to fail, but I (and others) have said it before so you've heard it all of course. Good luck!

Shrimp, scallops, haddock/cod, ocean perch, pork loin chops, pork tenderloin, ground turkey, ground chicken, steak (lean cuts like tenderloin) and lamb are all great additions that will keep you from getting bored with food.

Yeah, any type of fish or meat I guess.
I actually got pork chops to grill this weekend, they are my daughter's favorite.

I basically just want a lot of meat and veggies. Lose weight and fix my brain.

I want to also start packing good lunches for my daughter next year. She wants to bring her lunches and I want her to develop healthy habits too. She wants to stop at McDonald's and Sonic way too much. She is spending most of her time at the lake with her dad's parents for the month, so she will be eating lots of catfish, hog, deer meat and stuff from their garden. But, when she is just with her dad it's all fast food.

Sausage and cheese biscuit

2packs of biscotti cookies
1bag Buffalo pretzels

(Can't remember if I had lunch)

Seafood cheese dip+thin bread
1 glass white wine

Thurs:
2eggs+cheddar cheese, 1/2 plain oats

Strawberry cupcake

Grilled chicken sandwich on chobata bread

Chicken parmesan (the best I've had in my life)

A mixed drink with 3oz rum+banana liquer+pineaple juice

Fri:
Sausage and cheese biscuit

1/5lb bacon cheeseburger

1-scoop Ricky road ice cream+waffle cone

6oz grilled chicken+2 tortillas+2tbs sour cream+1tbs guac

8oz- baked salmon

A fruit popsicle

1/2 dragonfruit

This was the strawberry cupcake I ate. I chose this over Italian lemon cream cake...that green icing got me.
I had lunch on Thursday in this cute little bistro.

They would be guestimates. I have no idea about half of the stuff. I flew back a day early and got stuck on a plane for 8hrs. I was mostly driving, or on a plane the past 3 days.

I've got to do something. I was 203.7 a couple of weeks ago and now I'm back up to 216.8 this morning. No more ice cream, tortillas, chips, bagels, cheeseburgers!
No more sugar and carbs! It's all meat, veggies, fruit...whole food from now on. I was so freaking close to sub 200 and can't believe I let myself go backwards.

Maybe start logging your calories then. Skipping logging as an excuse to eat random crap for days on end is not a good strategy.

You need to log your food, period.
