09-20-2017 , 11:47 AM
Lol, I puked!
I swallowed it all, and then it was stuck in my throat and I gagged and immediately puked.

Swallowed means all the way down.

Yo, should you get paid, and do you think that video qualifies as demonstrable evidence?

IMO Puking falls within the broader catagory of "Spitting out". No soup for you.
09-20-2017 , 05:08 PM
Also, the part about on video is lacking.
09-20-2017 , 05:43 PM
Probably not and I'm not worried about it.
I believe you can confidently say that I attempted it from the video.

You would be both an awful juror and a very excellent one.

Do you guys agree with these numbers?

I'm trying to figure out how much I should deadlift and what a good bench and squat strength would be for my weight and age.

I remember benching 145lbs when I was in college with no problem....I couldn't even do 1x 115lbs after doing 3 sets 75-95 the other day. Am I just incredibly weak now?

Are you guys benching 90-100% of your body weights?
09-20-2017 , 07:50 PM
That chart is lol, but I agree with the BW bench and 2xBW squat and dead being a decent standard.

I hope every guy on here is well over BW bench, and I suspect they are.

But why do care right now? You should be worried about losing fat and getting to the gym consistently for about a year first.

Yeah i'd be VERY surprised if people here couldn't bench well over their body weight
09-20-2017 , 08:35 PM
I care because being stronger and seeing my muscles gets me more motivated to get to the gym consistently.
Today it felt so good to actually see shoulder and arm muscles instead of just big blobs of fat.
I don't want to have big gross guy muscles, but I want to look toned. I used to love how my quads would stick out slightly more than my knees and just being toned all over.

I can bench 130 lbs free weights, or 320 lbs of broccoli. It's so easy.
09-20-2017 , 09:41 PM
Hold up....320lbs of broccoli=130lbs of free weights?
I'ma start lifting broccoli!!!
And, this has always confused me....if you eat 11lbs of broccoli do you insta gain 11lbs?

Oh yeah, tablespoons and teaspoons are essentially the same size if you think about it. The tea spoon, while it does reside in the tea, is initially on the table. So, it starts off as a table spoon.

Spoiler:
Obviously joking, but since noon gets my jokes I have to make a ******ed spoiler and spoil all my jokes

You are for all intents and purposes still at a beginner stage. Just walking into a gym and thinking you can hit weights you hit years ago after being sedentary is of course not going to happen. If you want to get stronger, then get on a proven, progressive program. And do it consistently.

What you are doing now looks like something an upper body bro without knowledge of optimal training would cobble together - I haven't seen squats or deadlifts mentioned in your gym sessions in a long time.
