Possibly definitely correct you need way more rub. It should 100% cover all the meat and be in all crevices as well. If you're having trouble getting it to stick, add a base layer of powdered mustard, wait 'til the mustard looks wet then put the rub on. The mustard doesn't add flavor, but does help the rub stick. A fat BBQ man told me this, then gave me an article on the Internet, where only facts are allowed, that backed this up.

gg.

If it makes you feel better, everything on the Internet is made up.

Pecan is my new favorite smoking wood. Haben't tried it with pork yet - too busy smoking fish and dove season just opened, so there's that. Will try it with some properly rubbed pork shoulder before the turn of the next century and report back.

Prepping for an epic meal at Fogo tonight with curly, rower, and another gym friend. Should be awesome.

Lunch is 16oz broccoli, oatmeal and a gallon of water. Heavy lifting after work and then going immediately there for all of the meat.

If no, ban BTM?

I require a cliffs update complete with pics from BTM, and a banning of BTM. Doesn't matter what order.

I remember reading about the NPGL, aka Grid, aka competitive exercise league in this forum, but don't remember where. Anyway, RIP Grid.

broccoli is kinda filling for the cals. May eat a couple eggs here at work if I get a bit hungry before I go lift. Can't lift hungry after all.

I think this is where Yugo trolls BTM's facebook friends and provides pics so we can determine how many multiples of kpewz' stack this girl is doing

And I really hesitate to ask, but who is Camille?

according to her page she's stronger than me in none of them, which given i'm assuming I outweigh here by 50 pounds (probably) isn't that great shakes, but still, I'm assuming her T levels are higher than mine, so it's a small victory

obviously she has a much bigger snatch and is a much more experienced jerker than me, but I only program hop within one lifting discipline so it's not that huge a deal

kipping is still the woat
