I got confused about the exercisesxSxR notation you used.
But yes SAW pretty much making a good point.
But my original point remains
4x8 squats
3x8 sumo
In the same workout is facking hard. If you do this in the same workout, you are going to feel like you are going to die. I know I do, so the Kiwi must have decent cardio if he just responds "it was alright." He is not going to die.
Plus he is using decent weights. I rarely see people logging stuff like that. Skeletor, Weasel, and Cha would die. Even at 60%.
