Yeah, its painful to bend it more than 30 degrees under a load (even my own bodyweight). Walking is fine, stairs are not.. Feels better than the weekend, hopefully it clears up.
The upside is i can focus on some more upper body exercises, and hit that 185 for reps which will feel like an achievement...
