Things that make you do damage to yourself, normally flasks.

There are flask mods that cause you to drain the opposite resource, so like a life flask that gives you a ton of life fast but at the cost of some mana, or vice versa.

So if you happen to pop a mana flask that has that mod when you're super low on life you can kill yourself.

Fyi, that sword was 100 base dps upgrade for spectral throw, when I put faster attacks on it, it jumped. Over 1k dps now. Obviously will get a better sword when needed, whether it be 4 or 5l.

I found 2ex, tomorrow is shopping day. Level 60 now!

That's pretty normal. I played a bunch during open beta and I never found an exalt then.

Mentioned it in guild chat last night but I'll say it here too: I'm pretty sure this game is ruined for me after I finish my current character.

At this point in the game I've been running around with a +49% run speed modifier and a +46% cast speed increase for quite some time.

So I go to start a new character to try out one of the races, and my immediate thought was: "Holy ****, this game is unplayable."

Everything was so slow and awkward I quit the new guy after like 10 minutes. It felt like watching paint dry. :-/

latest blunder, lvl79 now, used about 15 of my maps....just found out you can mod the maps. :/

oh...still rockin' the 4L too :/

that sucks, but assuming it was all 66-67 maps it's not a big loss, those maps are only transmuted to begin with.

Here's something cool: If you run an map unidentified, you'll get an additional 30% quantity bonus on top of whatever the map was going to give anyways.

lol, I like the last cool thing cause I didn't know there were unidentified maps to find

also, super glad now that I'm playing softcore. there is just too much in this game to try and test to get reset back to lvl1...for me at least. hell, I haven't even started to look closer at flasks and spending (and farming for) the currency to get them closer to optimal.

had I never gotten a good build past lvl70 and into the map fun, I'd prolly toss this game in a month. I was never a meph run guy so this is completely awesome to me.

I wish there was better ways to slow down projectiles besides the one support gem. Could make a chin sol build viable.

nice, I'm actually suffering from 500+ alts, 400+ chroms, 350+ scraps, 250+ transmutes, 160+ whetstones, 250+ augments, 80 chances, 26 scouring and other currency that I should probably exchange for chaos, this should help me do it.

That's evidence of a lot of grind. I don't have anywhere close to that in low end currency. Especially transmutes wtf. I have to actually buy transmutes, they're cheap as hell so I don't mind but how did you get 250+ transmutes?

Hah, I have more chroms than mashxx. AND more chances. Also have ~800 wisdom scrolls somehow. Less of everything else by a mile though. I find that I accumulate alts while levelling then lose them all on maps.

turns out I was just too lazy, it's quite easy to redeem that currency (especially with that tradechat site) so I'm doing that today, I'm nowhere close to being done for today and I already got 30c lol
