2P2 was my first exposure to Mystery. I had heard of a horrible show called Keys to the VIP but I thought it was a joke -- especially since it was on the Comedy Network. PUA is pretty much limited to internet nerds. If I was to go around a VIP area and poll guys I'd say less than 20% would know who Mystery is and everyone would think he is a tool.

Yeah the second one was pretty good. There were some pretty goofy guys that provided lulz early on. The final 2 guys had a pretty big turn around and had some good success.

I wished they would have done another season.

edit: I thought keys to the vip was actually pretty entertaining and watch them once in a while on youtube lol.

I read the MM when I was very young (14-15 mb) and It really made me a lot more confident, and I suddenly thought of myself as something else than a pure loser.

Obviously there are those with a skewed self perception but that is a psychological issue not a confidence thing. There have been times in my life where I was both very depressed and very self confident at the same time. They don't have to be mutually exclusive things. Confidence != happiness.

OK, so I'm pretty bad with women, though I'm a decent looking dude so I may be able to get away with it somewhat. This weekend I drove down to Ann Arbor with some friends to go out and party. After drinking a lot of booze we headed to a casual party where a few girls were playing drinking games around a table and chatting. After drinking there for a couple hours, one of our drunk friends gets up from where he was passed out on the floor and starts pissing on their front door from inside the house. It didn't go over too well and we ended up leaving soon after.

One of my buddies and I went with two of the girls (one fatty, the other hot) to grab some food. After we got food, they were walking us back to our buddies' house and stopped about a mile away from the place and asked us if we knew how to get back to our friends' house. My friend and I stare at each other for a minute, feigning uncertainty (both of us of course knowing exactly how to get back to the house) and then one of the girls suggest that we come back to their place instead. My buddy has already made his intentions clear to me that he's getting with fatty (god knows why, but bless him).

We get back, throw a movie on, my friend and fatty sit together on one couch, the other girl sits with me on the other couch. Shortly in to the movie she moved in closer to me, I put my arm around her and she leaned in to rest her head on my shoulder. I was running my hand along her left arm and shoulder and she reciprocated by moving her hand along my stomach. This went on for a few minutes, and I blame myself for not escalating from this point (I just find myself unsure of how to proceed in this spot, although it should be easy from this point right?) but she shortly fell asleep on my shoulder (lol). Friend and fatty go into another room for sexytime while I sit there hating myself for missing a good opportunity.

Whenever I think about moving back to Toronto there are only two areas I would live in C1 which is the financial district / downtown / club district or Yorkville. If you are a student then the Annex is ok. If you are married and a yuppie then the Beaches.

Hemingway's is my favourite patio. For clubs This is London, Courthouse, and Ultra. For a lounge Lobby. Guvernment when they have DJ worth going for. Brass Rail is the best downtown strip club.

Are you moving to TO to work or to attend U.of.T?

I'm not sure I can help you too much here as everyone I know is either from university, school, from doing music stuff or lived near me as a child. I don't think I have a friend that I haven't met from outside those circles.

There's definitely other london 2+2ers around who would know a lot more than me. I only seem to manage to visit London every few months to go visit the shows and stumble around into random bars so I probably know only what a tourist knows. :P

I have been thinking of getting a place in Toronto. I live in Ottawa but I hate it here. I use to spend the weekends in Toronto / Montreal until recently and I want to go back to that.

1:30pm, my sister texts me saying she's coming to my neighborhood for a mimosa brunch (presumably w/ friends, and it seems like all her friends are hot) and asks if I can join her. I, of course, am on the Golden Gate Bridge when I receive this on my way to work for a 7th consecutive day.

4:43pm, text message: "I met a girl who wants to meet you!".

When I moved over here one of the first things she told me was "omg your new place is like a block from this bar where a couple of my friends work as waitresses/bartenders/something! you should totally come meet them!". Have been here >2 weeks now and still haven't been able to go yet. FML
