Enjoying this thread a lot.

Don't spend two grand on a bike OP. I ride a heap and worked as a pushbike courier for years, you can put together a great bike for $700-$900.

GL at the tables, and listen to the advice from guys like grindcore.

Seriously considering moving there in a few months, if all goes well with poker. Wanna join me?

I have looked up some houses for rent and couldn't find anything even close to the price range he mentioned that wasn't a total dump. If you could hook me up with some links that would be awesome.

Yeah, will definately try and get one cheaper. We've just had the Tour Down Under, I'm hoping that there'll be a surplus leftover from people who bought bikes thinking they'd make a lifestyle change and realized that they'd never ride them. Cheers cobber.

lol @ a sudden influx of poker poker players in the Philippines we can make it happen. We can play pennies on a little fold out table on the beach, whoever wins a quarter can get one of the loca beauties to bring a round of drinks... we wouldn't even need much $$

Whats Up Celeb,
Wow, you really did send the railbirds 5 bones, Thanks man! Keep making those tourney deep runs and we'll keep on railing ya. It's got to tilt / spook the other players that you get soooo much support in late stages.

Sick dream, must have been so intense. You have such a creative mind, keep incorporating it in your life and you will succeed. You obviously have a gift for writing, use it there. Use it in your poker game. You've obviously used it in finding this way (albeit as an inmate :-) to help resolve some financial problems. Be the problem solver.

I was thinking about your situation, locked up in there with a bunch a dudes and bored. Not sure if you have heard of David Thorne, but his website ROX. When you're looking for some good entertainment, check it out, share it with your co-inmates. http://www.27bslash6.com/p2p2.html is the link to one of my favorite stories(Pie Charts). Overdue Account, and Massanutten (ski resort close to me) stand out to me as awesome, however, there's a ton of content there that had me laughing so hard it hurt. I do believe he is an Aussie as well, I got to get his book.

Thanks for sticking with the updates, clearly there're many of us enjoying the thread and following your progress. Catch ya at the tables.

I'm thinking roadie. Don't know what brand yet but definately something light and fast. It's gonna be my baby, we'll be spending lots of time together. Will probably aim between the $500-$1000 mark.

Yeah man, the late stage rail gives me a morale boost right where I need it most, and yeah hopefully rattles the other players hehe.

I've always liked reading and writing a lot. Years of alcoholic craziness started making the words appear fuzzy on the page, in my head, but constant mental stimulation keeps it alive. Being in here as enforced a total ban on booze, which was another appealing aspect about doing this trial, as well as the money. I have an idea for a story that I think could really be something, but I'm not really ready to start it now.

That dream WAS intense. I think it was because it was my first deep sleep in a while (been staying up till sunrise every morning playing poker). I love dreams like that, they tell me so much, and I always wake feeling very deep and thoughtful. Sometimes I learn a great deal about myself and the things I keep deep in my subconscious, other times I just appreciate the true terror of my dreams and my reaction to these fears and the relief that comes from it's end.

I've never heard of him but will definately check out his website. Cheers for providing me with another boredom killer and potentially new fave artist/comedian etc

Thanks, was fun but hard, both players were good, final opponent was very tough. Felt like it was Rain Man vs. Rain Man. haha, lightning quick action. Glad to finally get out from under him.

The placebo could be freakin 50%, with the way I'm runnin in here I'd lose the flip. I'm definately not on it, today I could feel it in my system. I'm getting sick of it, in fact everyone is really feeling the strain now. Bed 1 aint gonna last much longer, he's driving everyone crazy and there have been mentions of a certain scene in Full Metal Jacket.

Remember, it was just a bad dream...
